Having been a client of M&P for years with a dedicated property manager, I was not a fan of the new shared pool of resources model. In fact, I experienced a number of issues and contemplated leaving M&P as I was losing confidence in their ability to manage the property. Baran, one of the property managers for my flat, was able to restore my trust in M&P with the way he has been working with me. He cares about clients, is kind and considerate, knowledgeable and resourceful, I am grateful for his proactivity and support. If M&P continue with this model, I hope they staff it with people like Baran who are capable of making it work with their skills and dedication.
Chante at Marsh & Parsons was very helpful in arranging on my behalf an updated landlord gas safety certificate. All done with efficiency and minimal hassle.

I had a good experience thanks to the incredible support from Nayara, my letting agent. She was exceptionally patient and professional throughout what became a rather complex change of occupancy process. There were a few external factors that caused delays and added pressure to the situation—things outside of our control—but Nayara handled everything with calm, clarity, and care. Despite a few hiccups, she was always responsive, addressed our concerns thoroughly, and never lost sight of getting us to the finish line. Thanks to her diligence and guidance, we were able to resolve all our documentation and complete the process smoothly. I'm very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others navigating a similar process.

The communication from this company varies from laidback to the point of ignorance, through lacklustre, to downright rudeness, accusational, and borderline threatening, even when those threats are completely empty. When they want something, it's important to them. Now this may seem like a desirable trait in an estate agent, but it's really not when it results in the enthusiastic arrangement of viewings without consent. Inefficiency must be a target for these clowns. They turned up, with clients, unannounced, (without so much as a text in advance to confirm a viewing) whilst I was at work in an operating theatre. They had the audacity to say I was being difficult by not helping them arrange viewings, when I am the tenant the owner wishes to evict illegally (no fault) without notice. What jokers!
Prompt responses and always provided the information required. Sorted my renewal in under 5 business including a fair negotiation with tenants who are not that quick to respond and new agreement signed.
I have had a positive experience with Marsh and Parsons who currently manage the flat I live in. Particularly Rasim, the property manager was helpful and available when I had queries and requests.
Nayara Ribeiro from the Hammersmith office has been an absolutely amazing Tenancy Manager. She was always incredibly helpful and accessible and made the check out process extremely smooth. Highly recommend!

Tenancy Managers Chante and Annalise were very attentive in providing documentation from an 18 month tenancy - in a matter of minutes. particularly useful if you are uploading evidence for a TDS dispute between LL and Tenant.
