Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

I had a network issue for almost 5 days and nothing seems to be working. Multiple calls but no solution. Then comes the guy, Jaber. He hardly took 15 mins to resolve the issue. He guided the process clearly, did not hesitate to wait when I had blockers during the process. He was with me untill the issue got resolved and verified. You made my day man. I really appreciate you.

Bought a pay as you go SIM, could not cancel the auto renew because the website and the method they tell you to do both didn't work. Customer service did not work at all- they confirmed that I wanted a refund then left the chat, twice. Totally avoid this scam. And they tried to get rid of my review even though I already provided the phone number when I wrote the review. So sneaky and underhanded.

To whom it may concern: Be FOREWARNED: Lyca Mobile engages in PETTY SCAM! On May 22nd 2025, I purchased a PREPAID 30-DAYS service for UNLIMITED data, talk, and SMS/TXT and received an email from Lyca Mobile via email stating the sim-card was ACTIVATED SUCCESSFULLY on May 24th 2025 at 8:27AM CST. FedEx carrier DELIVERED the sim-card at my house today at 12:22PM CST May 27th 2025 (Tuesday). In short, I purched a PREPAID 30-days of UNLIMITED PLAN service in which I ONLY have 25 days of service REMAINING. This doesn't sound fair at all and so I IMMEDIATELY called LycaMobile's customer service phone staying that I LOST 5-days of service. Either give me extension of the loss days OR refund me...LycaMobile's CS agent was very combative on this issue. Once again, I PAID in FULL for 30-days of service on UNLIMITED DATA plan, BUT I'm ONLY receiving 25-days of service! Here is PROOF; FedEx carrier TRACKER ID: 288986851647 ... Please kindly offer me extension for the loss days of service OR offer me a full refund.

I used the SIM card for three month, after I paid for another month and SIM card became blocked. MSIID is locked What is this?? Restore my sim-card or let me switch to another carrier They replied and asked me to send documents. I send everything two days ago, and I haven't heard back since. I've been waiting two weeks for them to review my documents. Is there any reason this couldn't be handled faster?

I've never had such a horrible experience with an eSim company. They are extremely deceptive with their plans. Whatever you register for - beware it's actually disguised as ongoing monthly charges which they make impossible to cancel. They've actually asked me to EMAIL THEM a PHOTO of my credit card in order to cancel. Extremely shady and ridiculous business practices that I've never seen from a legitimate company in my life. Avoid at all costs. I've had to dispute the monthly charges with my bank at this point.
