Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

This is one of the worst mobile carriers out there, They will scam when ever they can, I had this exprince with them for multiaple times, this time, First there service is fishy i had 5gb of data and i never ever used it, when i needed to use it one day it refused to work, when i decided to port out they never picked up my phone so i can get my account number and pin , after wasiting hours on the phone i was finally able to get hold of them, they did provide me with the information but then when i provided the details to the other carrier they said that my number can't be ported becuase the information is wrong. there wre way better options out there that actually have amaxing service and cheaper and you can get hold of the custmer service easily.
best experience of customer service of lyca mobile Mr Nizar has the knowledge to help me . and explain me how to proceed in the activation of an esim.he has the patience to deal and make sure that all my needs were solve to my satisfaction. for that i am greatful for his service.

I had to transfer my physical sim to eSIM. After many calls since yesterday with Lyca mobile customer care and feeling very frustrated , I finally reached Omar. He was super helpful and resolved my issue. He straight forward understood my concerns and quickly resolved my issue. Omar is a super star in customer service in Lyca mobile. I appreciate his help very much.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received for my eSIM conversion request. I submitted my request to convert my physical SIM to eSIM on November 25, 2024, and despite following up multiple times via calls and emails, the request is still not resolved. This has been a frustrating and exhausting process. I was assured that the issue would be resolved soon, but even after providing all the required documents and repeatedly contacting the customer service team, there has been no progress. What makes it even worse is that this is a fancy number, and I cannot simply abandon it. As a result, I am now forced to carry two phones at all times since I do not know when the conversion will finally be completed. Despite my persistent follow-ups, the lack of response and action from your team is unacceptable. To add to the irony, I had previously posted a positive review because my earlier SIM conversion was processed quicker than expected. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite and has left me feeling very let down. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately. Customers deserve better communication and faster resolution of their issues. Until then, I would not recommend your services to anyone. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from the customer support team is shocking. Every time I follow up, I am met with vague assurances, but no progress is made. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that fails to deliver on basic services. This entire experience has been a waste of time and effort. If the company cannot handle something as simple as an eSIM conversion, it raises serious questions about their reliability for more complex services. I will strongly recommend others to think twice before opting for their services, as this experience has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional they are. Extremely dissatisfied and giving them a 1-star rating for this unresolved issue.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lyca Mobile. Despite losing my SIM card before activation and not using the service at all, I was charged a payment that I cannot get refunded. Attempts to resolve this issue have been frustrating and unproductive. This lack of support and unwillingness to address such a straightforward issue is unacceptable. I expected much better customer care and transparency. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
