Unacceptable Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lyca Mobile. Despite losing my SIM card before activation and not using the service at all, I was charged a payment that I cannot get refunded. Attempts to resolve this issue have been frustrating and unproductive. This lack of support and unwillingness to address such a straightforward issue is unacceptable. I expected much better customer care and transparency. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
