Extremely Poor Service – SIM Conversion Delayed Since November
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received for my eSIM conversion request. I submitted my request to convert my physical SIM to eSIM on November 25, 2024, and despite following up multiple times via calls and emails, the request is still not resolved. This has been a frustrating and exhausting process. I was assured that the issue would be resolved soon, but even after providing all the required documents and repeatedly contacting the customer service team, there has been no progress. What makes it even worse is that this is a fancy number, and I cannot simply abandon it. As a result, I am now forced to carry two phones at all times since I do not know when the conversion will finally be completed. Despite my persistent follow-ups, the lack of response and action from your team is unacceptable. To add to the irony, I had previously posted a positive review because my earlier SIM conversion was processed quicker than expected. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite and has left me feeling very let down. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately. Customers deserve better communication and faster resolution of their issues. Until then, I would not recommend your services to anyone. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from the customer support team is shocking. Every time I follow up, I am met with vague assurances, but no progress is made. It's frustrating and disappointing to deal with a company that fails to deliver on basic services. This entire experience has been a waste of time and effort. If the company cannot handle something as simple as an eSIM conversion, it raises serious questions about their reliability for more complex services. I will strongly recommend others to think twice before opting for their services, as this experience has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional they are. Extremely dissatisfied and giving them a 1-star rating for this unresolved issue.
