Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Very disappointed!!!!!! They blocked my number without notice when I urgently needed to call the doctor. The call centre can't do anything but ask me to email. After 36 hours still no reply and they don't want to issue the refund because I already used a day for a monthly plan. Totally rubbish. Update: I can't share my email on here as not allowed to. My number is 2136915528. I used my own credit card from my country not US. It matching my name how can it be fraud! And why the call centre can't help with anything?
I purchased a quick recharge through lycamobile website and they issued a new sim card to me instead of topping up. Now I have an extra sim card and had to pay for the top up again. They responded that they initiated a refund for the duplicate charge but never did (after 1 week). I called my bank to cancel the duplicate charge and now lycamobile blocked my lycamobile account. I called support and they want me to pay a third time to unlock my account.
Hi, This is 12th day to followup One more Reference - 104604535 I have renewed my plan oct 29 2024 with $126 ( 12 months plan ) and its not reflected in your system and later i have renewed again with Lyca account balance in my account for same $126 on Dec 5 2024 . So can you refund the amount paid on oct 29 2024 . since I have paid 2 times to renew my plan. I have been following up from last 11 days and nothing is happening , i dont know what to do , let me know what to do in this situation.I have made misteke to taking lyca.I know u will send genric reply and nothing will happen.
