Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

I would like to thank Soufiane from Morocco Department for his amazing assistance with My Esim Issue he provided a Quick solution with precise guidance i am glad that lycamobile have such an amazing agent like him . Please consider giving him a raise or make him the chief of Customer service.
Hamid BA30899 from the Moroccan team took a lot of time to help me get set up with my new SIM card. He also went beyond the call of duty to help me go into my settings and configure the phone for a better network experience. This was a lengthy process that required a lot of numbers and letters to be entered into the phone but Hamid stood by me the whole way and made sure the process was completed correctly. He was a gentleman and gracious to talk to over the telephone. He is an awesome representative for Lycamobile and I would highly recommend that he be promoted to an executive level where he could manage and be responsible over a team of other customer service representatives as to me he would have wonderful leadership qualities, troubleshooting wisdom, high social functioning and work ethic.

Had a lot of issues when I purchased a new phone and needed to transfer to a new esim (website bugged out and emailed multiple new esims, QR code not working, transfer not going through, etc.). Spent 3 days calling multiple times, often on hold for ~20 minutes before being able to reach someone. Only Marwan was able to solve my issue and quickly get a new esim working on my new phone, this time without having to wait 2 hours for a sim transfer request and calling back again like previous agents instructed. Thank you so much for your patience, knowledge, and excellent service, Marwan.
Attention users! Do not use this telephone operator. Once you enter you will never be able to change operator. They will not provide you with the PIN and account number in any way, I have been trying for days and they always make up excuses. I am reporting them to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).

Never ever join Lyca mobile. One of the worst customer support I have ever seen in my life. It’s a kind of trap once you joined it’s never easier to come out. It’s been more than 2 months now and they are not cancelling my renewal and they are charged 2nd month and I am nearing my 3rd month renewal now. Never join this network unless you need headache and depression.its been more than 2 months now. There is no use of customer support.
