Happened 5th time in 2 years, No network and “threshold Limit reached”

Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS

Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.

SIM SWAP I ordered an ESIM little did I know I have to have a physical SIM

UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Just ordered an hour back

Just ordered an hour back, wanted to check on transferring a number. Boy, there is no customer service. Horrible wait, chat agent never responded despite many polite nudge. Scam company.. am going to try to cancel service, dont trust them with my number. Order no. ORD7DB030000739943. Ordered directly from Lyca Mobile. The number was to transferred but it went as a original. The chat agent disconnected, phone nmbers never get answered. Just refund the above order.

Disastrous eSIM -does not work and Lycamobile does not even attempt to address their issue which they must be aware of…AVOID THIS ESIM PRODUCT

Bought an eSIM on holiday in USA from Ireland. Complete waste of money-it does not install and the customer service team were useless-Ninia sent me a message that she couldn’t fix the issue. No refund, feels like a scam. I gave up after 3 hours trying to get the team at Lycamobile to resolve the issue and bought an eSIM from gomo worldwide which took seconds to setup and activate-shame on Lycamobile-I want a refund…don’t bother with these people

Worse provider EVER.

Worse provider EVER. Okay. I got their black deal for Get Unlimited Talk, Text, & Data for $10/mo. On Dec 23rd, I got my SIM card on Dec 28th. So I tried to activate the SIM immediately; however, when I looked into the plan, It showed I was signed up for a pay-as-you-go plan.... the representative told me that I had requested a refund before...which I DID NOT....After going back and forth a couple of times... I was frustrated and out of patience, so I decided to get a refund and move on.
