Reference number 107557100 I had a family plan,removed a number for one month and 18th and 19th july tried to recharge it started giving error “threshold limit reached “ then on 20th July I added that number to same family again , received SMS about recharge but after that no network bars and sometimes SOS
Lyca failed to send me the QR code that I need to set up the eSIM on my phone. Nevertheless they claim the "plan activation" was successful. It was not successful for me. I have not received a usable eSIM.
UPDATE 7/18/2025: after writing the previous review Lyca Mobile customer service did contact me. They offered me a refund for eSIM and informed me that I would have to purchase a physical SIM. They told me what I needed to do for a full refund. I did exactly as they asked and once again I have not heard anything. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I decided to buy the esim card for like $12.86 which includes unlimited talk, text and data. I assumed the esim would work in my phone but it is not compatible. Shame on me for not checking first. This does not excuse Lyca customer service from blowing me off completely. I have called the number several times both times I finally got through I was hung up on. LIA the chat bot can't help me so it pushes me through to wait on agent who never answers. Oh and it states I can email them too only to be ignored once again. So I sit here day #4 with no solution. Not even an almost solution. I guess what I'm saying is their customer service sucks and they are making me feel like I'm not even a customer of theirs.

Horrible service. They charged my account twice for a plan and when I tried to dispute the credit, they blocked my number and there is no support from the customer service team. They just cut the call on you when you try to get answers. I wouldn't recommend. They are useless if you have any kind of emergency.

Guys be aware of this Lycamobile as they steal from your accounts without permission or any previous email! I purchased a esim for a duration of 30days and after this the card stoped working as all the features that come with buying one . I checked and i did not have data or calls or messages. All good up until there. Two months down the line I go check my bank account and there it was two monthly subscription of 25$ each was deducted from my account. Further i checked the esim and no features were working so basically being charged for nothing .. After 2 months of back and forth asking for my money back, them sending the same emails asking for my details over and over after i had sent them everything. Now after 2 months they said they cannot refund a terminated plan, but they can definitely take money out of your account even if the plan is terminated… so I dont know what kind of joke they playing around but be aware ! Also be ready for all this to come after the data consistently fails or has low signal so yeah if you thinking about it, think again
