Lina helped me clarify all the doubts very fast

I was out of Internet data and internet was not working even after recharge. Kiran was very helpful in explaining the reason behind the data not being activated in spite of recharging sim card. He resolved the issue quickly and now everything is working fine.

I had an issue with my LycaMobile but I mananged to get help from Lina with it. She was nice enough to take me step by step and explained well what I must do.

I recently encountered issue with my OLD Lyca SIM card and I was asked to swap the registration to new Lyca SIM. I have been speaking to multiple customer service agents from past one week, however no once could able to solve the issue. Today I spoke Regina from customer who instantly understood my problem and helped me resolve it with in now. Appreciate customer friendly service.

Hey, just to let any potential customers know that, at the ARN airport, there is a lady handing out lycamobile SIM cards. If you approach her, she will not explain anything but ask for your identity and activate the most expensive bundle for you. Afterwards, she will ask for double the price. You should just get a free SIM card and go away, and the rest you can do it yourself. Though, the staff from lycamobile is helpful and they would look into the problem. Hopefully, no one would experience the same situation as me in the future.
