Lina was very knowledgeable and able to answer my question quickly, it was a good customer service experience. I am however upset with Lycamobile -the company, for stealthily changing data on the bundles as I'm now getting less data for the same amount of money.
The customer service helped me to transfer my number to a new chip because the old one wasn't working, Lina was really helpful and guided me step by step.
