Inexpertly SIM card lost network bars. I tried to reach lycamobile via chat option which was quickest way to reach advisor to get help. Bilal raised ticket with technical support, but couldn't help out. At last he transferred old number to new SIM card. Bilal was helpful, supportive and talented person to handle customers.
