Jag blev dubbeldebiterat för månadsabonnemang, hade ingen aning att det hände tills jag fick faktura från min bank, skickade först mail, inget svar, efter två dagar ringde kundtjänst, då fick jag ett svar att abonnemanget löpte ut och det var för sent att göra något, jag påpekade att jag skickade mail på abonnemangets sista dag, inget svar på det, för sent punkt slut. Jag ville egentligen inte ha pengar tillbaka, helst någon förklaring, kanske kostnadsfri förlängning av abonnemanget, inget av detta hände, riktigt dåligt.

LYCA mobile used to be the best in Sweden, but slowly and slowly it just becomes worse and worse. I used to purchase the LYCA SMART SUPER bundle for 149KR with 35GB for a long time. Then they changed it to 25GB and now.. You ONLY get 10GB data, for the same price. Even when they advertise (20GB with auto renewal), this is only a deal for sim cards that has been activated after APRIL 2022. This means loyal customers will basically get punished and wont be part of the deal. I'm so happy I was in contact with Lina and she has been a wonderful person to chat with. But this is so sad and I dont understand why we the LOYAL customers are not getting any fair deals. The only solution at the moment is to move the number to another provider with more GB data, since 10GB is a joke.
Bilal has been very helpful with my sim number transactions, ain't got more than five stars around here otherwise would have got a unlimited one. Respect to the fast service...
