Top up happen automatically . Though i already off the auto renew. This is robbery .
O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Operator Miguel Silva helped me with a great persistence and gentleness to sort out how to make my Lyca sim work in Japan, to make a phone call to a number in Portugal so that I can save my phone number which was to expire on the very day of my call. Thank you Miguel!
Fiquei sem rede na Alemanha por um tempo, mas entrei em contato via chat e meu problema foi resolvido prontamente por Dilma Lourenço. Serviço excelente via chat!
Aderir o plano Lyca Nacional M , onde o mesmo diz que o plano para cliente antigos o valor e de 15 euros e VC recebe 15GB porém recebi só 10Gb, abro vários processos e ninguém resolve
the network was OK in the first month but when we recharged recently, there is no more connection. We talked to the sales where we bought the SIM cards and were asked to wait for system fixing but promised to relay to the manager. We called the customer service hotline but the operator was rude and asked us to just wait. We are tourists, without network we almost cannot go out...desperately, we found live chat on web and Shai (30203) patiently explained the situation. We are now waiting to see if the problem can be solved soon... Mr Albert, please note that we have topped up since Dec 3 and Dec 5 for both numbers respectively, 10euro each, i.e. 20euro in total, but till now there is no internet network and we cannot go online! I have sent our receipts to the email you provided. There is nothing to do with making calls. Please treat my request seriously and look into the problem again and solve it, thank you/obrigada.
It was awesome to receive some help in my native tongue (French) thanks to Romilton and Bartolomeu being able to speak that language, because that way, it was much easier for them to guide me in the settings on my phone, which all appear in French. I had to call twice because after Romilton helped me reinstall the mobile data network on my phone, it still didn't work, but Bartolomeu checked with me that all was good and after restarting my phone like he suggested, everything works again. Merci à vous deux!

Gostaria de realçar o excelente suporte dado pela Nádia Vasconcelos da Lycamobile Portugal que conseguiu explicar tudo como deve de ser e que me fez não desistir desta operadora. Fica a sugestão, melhorem as instruções em como activar e recarregar os planos Lycamobile em Portugal
I had an issue while purchasing the sim card online: I didn't receive the PIN code to activate my number but a kind person, Nadia Vasconcelos from Lycamobile Portugal, helped with it and solved the problem. :)
