no network after recharged!!! Updated
the network was OK in the first month but when we recharged recently, there is no more connection. We talked to the sales where we bought the SIM cards and were asked to wait for system fixing but promised to relay to the manager. We called the customer service hotline but the operator was rude and asked us to just wait. We are tourists, without network we almost cannot go out...desperately, we found live chat on web and Shai (30203) patiently explained the situation. We are now waiting to see if the problem can be solved soon... Mr Albert, please note that we have topped up since Dec 3 and Dec 5 for both numbers respectively, 10euro each, i.e. 20euro in total, but till now there is no internet network and we cannot go online! I have sent our receipts to the email you provided. There is nothing to do with making calls. Please treat my request seriously and look into the problem again and solve it, thank you/obrigada.
