Top up happen automatically . Though i already off the auto renew. This is robbery .
O tarifário é apenas para "agarrar" clientes, depois tudo é complicado... O chat vitual não resolve, o atendimento telefónico demora dezenas de minutos,... Os dados são péssimos! Onde os outros operadores têm 5G a Lyca Mobile tem 2G e GPRS... Por isso, não interessa ter 20GB...50GB... porque não consegues usar... enfim, só tenho pena ter colocado a crédito 60€ na conta (para reaver o dinheiro tens de fazer requerimento e esperar pelo menos 7 dias...), senão já tinha deixado a Lyca Mobile há vários meses... Só estou à espera de gastar o dinheiro da conta para passar o número para outro operador.

Os outros operadores nacionais deveriam colocar os olhos nesta operadora tanto a nível de oferta, como a nível geral de funcionamento do serviço. Para quem complicar com condicoes de idade e privilégios especiais para clientes com outros serviços e snobismo para clientes habituais? Obrigado Lyca, existe um grande desconhecimento em relacao a vosso produto em Portugal especificamente, voces merecem mais investimento e adesao.
I am visiting Portugal and there was a booth for Lycamobile in a shopping center. I signed up and found that the download speed is really REALLY slow. 0,4 mbps SLOW. I went back to the booth and asked if there is a special setting that I need on my phone. He basically told me to get lost ( not exact words). Wasted my €15 as less than 1 mbps is slower than my T Mobile roaming speed.
Uma porcaria de empresa. A Internet é péssima, pra começar. Comprei um chip pra mim e outro pra minha esposa que davam acesso a um pacote com preço promocional por 3 meses e eles só nos deram 1 mês, abri vários chamados, a incompetente equipe técnica deles que não conhece nem os produtos oferecidos pela empresa insistiram que era um mês grátis apenas, diferente do que tá escrito nas embalagens dos chips. Abri uma reclamação já tem umas 3 semanas com uma foto da embalagem provando que eles estavam errados e eu certo e até agora não tive a resposta. É um absurdo, empresa péssima, equipe técnica horrorosa e atendimento horroroso.
9I received a new sim from Lycamobile over a week ago, I prepaid for a bundle but the pin was faulty. I went onto the chat where I was told it would applied within 24/48 hours, nothing, back onto chat every day and get told the same thing "I have escalated to a supervisor it will be actioned asap" have just come of the chat once more and got told I just have to wait. A shocking experience from a shocking company who care nothing for customer service, they just fob you off with the party line.....WAIT Another 2 days, it is now 11 days I have been trying to get my prepaid credit bundle applied, I have had the same messages from Lyca thar I had every day last week, that the issue has been escalated and it will ve done ASAP. This company say they care about customer service but they do not. So here we are 29th October, and still I can not make any calls, texts or connect to the Internet on Lyca, I am being sent from one person to another, everyone wants to close tge issue as resolved, IT IS NOT, seems like everyone at Lyca must meet their target of closting issues without actually resolving them. I have asked for timescales they can not give them to me, this company is a joke, do not use them. So we are now upto 2nd November, after talking to a Lyca rep for a few days I still have no service, despite a number of mails to him all he wants to do is close the case, and is now ignoring me, I live in Central Portugal, but have travelled south to the Algarve for a week so I can not believe it is just where I live. This company has no customer service all that want to so is close a call without resolving the issue they are a joke. Next port of call is a mail to the CEO see if he cares about the poor service his company provide. It is now the 9th December Lyca still have not managed to provide a working sim card, I requested a refund weeks ago through Lavanya, he promised me someone would be in touch, as usual with Lyca, no response, I have messaged Lavanya a number of times nothing, no refund, no response, DO NOT use Lyca they do not care about you, customer service is about them reaching their target of closing calls asap without resolution. I would like Chris Tooley the CEO to read this message and respond to his companies lack of care

Contacted CS for assistance, ticket raised, informed about timeframe to resolve issue. Asked if a reactivation for a used data bundle is possible. Agent was very helpful and friendly, received the important and necessary SMS directly. I'm using Lyca for a long time now, German SIM 16 years, Portuguese SIM 2 years (before 1.5 years here).
