Don't trust them.

They took money to switch from physical sim to e-sim although they said they would not. The functionality of switching from physical sim to e-sim that they offer on the online services web site does not work. So, I wrote to them about the matter. They did not reply quickly so, I also called them. They said I needed to buy a bundle with e-sim. Then they would move my number to this e-sim. In the meantime, they answered my mail similarly with addition of that they would return the amount paid for the bundle. Then I bought the least expensive bundle with e-sim. I called them, and they asked me to register the e-sim with the same information my current number is registered with. I did that, and they moved the number to this e-sim. However, when I asked for the refund for the unused bundle, they said that the bundle was activated and they could not do anything about this, and they could not return the amount paid for it. The customer-care just sucks. They have written that they would return. And then they wrote that they could not. They are all in the emails and the phone calls' records (if they do). They could simply check the mails and see that I was right. UPDATE: Finally they refunded. This first started on the 26th of January. They were able to finally refund this on the 21st of February. I would not have gone after this for almost one month if I was not promised a refund. I now set this as two stars (it was one). I still don't recommend them since they could make this process much much much easier and with less headache. I had to write this to here to make things happen.

Lots of small issues

Once you have received your sim card you can easily use the app or website to buy extra packages and credit. However my experience activating the sim wasn’t great and I was unable to register the initial package I purchased. Their customer support isn’t the best and even though I asked for a refund they seem unable to read my emails and keep responding that the package activation code had been sent. I guess 299 nok isn’t the worst to lose, but it does make me a little disappointed. During the release of their new app and website last month they also managed to cancel my auto renewal which left me without service till I figured our what was going on.

The worst of all...

The worst of all... I purchased a black friday offer (esim+ 15gb bundle) on Sunday, November 26th and got the activation email with the QRcode. I did everything as said, and I got the message confirmation of my line, but still, I was unable to do call/text or use internet data. I called your helpline on Monday morning where they told me that an email would be send in 48h with an activation code for the bundle - this never arrived. I call Wednesday again and it’s still unsolved, and the girl told me that she would send the case to the supervisor and I would have to wait 48h again! It’s been 5 days already that I can’t call/text or use data on my phone. Today (Friday) I ask the cancellation of the deal and to get my money back and they told me I needed to wait 14 days. It's the worse mobile network I've ever deal with. Edit: I replied the trustpilot email but still have no answers back :/

Nightmare to speak deal with, do not be fooled

Nightmare to speak to. Tried to call the number just get a machine. Useless. Need a question answered. If you want to reply to me please provide a contact telephone number. Not an email. Just received my parcel from Lyca mobile, totally useless as I thought, sent me a sim and I ordered and Esim, 3 days later and still nothing of any use!. Waste of time and effort. One phone calll would have resolved all of this. Worse than Evri (Hermes) in my opinion and that's saying something. Trying to cancel order, no reply to any email, phone number they give is pointless. I would not use this company again if you paid me! Do no be lulled by the pointless contact email they have added to these comments, they just do not reply.
