The worst of all...

The worst of all... I purchased a black friday offer (esim+ 15gb bundle) on Sunday, November 26th and got the activation email with the QRcode. I did everything as said, and I got the message confirmation of my line, but still, I was unable to do call/text or use internet data. I called your helpline on Monday morning where they told me that an email would be send in 48h with an activation code for the bundle - this never arrived. I call Wednesday again and it’s still unsolved, and the girl told me that she would send the case to the supervisor and I would have to wait 48h again! It’s been 5 days already that I can’t call/text or use data on my phone. Today (Friday) I ask the cancellation of the deal and to get my money back and they told me I needed to wait 14 days. It's the worse mobile network I've ever deal with. Edit: I replied the trustpilot email but still have no answers back :/
