Needed help with mobile data not working properly on my foreign exchange student's phone. Went to a chat window and Henry (30212) had us fixed in a couple of minutes! They knew exactly what to do and gave perfect instructions. I'm used to not getting the right answers or it taking a long time. Not in this case! Great job and hats off to Henry.
