It was a bit of a struggle to get everything working, but the service was solid and I appreciated Edmund's help in activating my sim card.

On Friday 16.02 Lyca suddenly stopped working.The only thing Call Center said is "we are sorry, maybe on Monday it will be fixed". On Monday after couple of calls (not easy to call them) they said: "we are sorry, we dont know how to solve the issue". Im more than 3 days without the phone service. They are migrating from Telia to Telenor but they absolutely dont care about customers. Not even sms warning about expected unavailabilty of service. LYCA NORWAY IS THE WORST MOBILE SERVICE IN EUROPE. AVOID!!!

I had been struggling on my own for two days to set up an eSIM. I am visiting Norway for a few months, so I do not have a local ID card. Their website is OK, but didn't solve my problem. I finally managed to get through to a human on their helpline (option 6: "promotions"). Super friendly and effective agent (Romero). Thanks!
