It was a bit of a struggle to get everything working, but the service was solid and I appreciated Edmund's help in activating my sim card.

Totalt UDUGELIG kundeservice , egentlig ingen hjelp å få. Fikk beskjed om å bruke google,, . Kjøpte esim på kveldstid etter kundeservice var stengt , Ingen info om hvordan man skal registrere esim kort . Og det står at du må ringe kunde service for å få tilgang til internett . Helt idiotisk... . Gå til lyca-mobile .no/ nb/ registration/ . For å registrere på på kveldstid. Jeg fikk instilling automatisk etter noen min etter registrering og restart av telefon

I got a Lycamobile sim card in my phone. I do get s.m.s/text massages from lyca.... So the sim card is working. I did buy a Data package for 500 nok. But never got internet connection. Tried to call customer service... Did not help much. I do have a dual som card phone.. so i got my internet via another provider. I did send amn e-mail to cs.Norway.... but did not get replied.

Been a customer since 2020. So far no problems. Just recently after a while of inactivity my number was no longer accessible and an automated hint "number not assigned" was given to callers. While speaking to CS the first agent claimed this was due to inactivity over 3 months. However, turns out my last activity was in April - so well within a 3 month time-frame. Second CS contact: yes, your SIM card is still active - before I had been told to make another top-up to re-activate SIM. Turns out that was not necessary (a way to boost additional revenue for Lyca?) - and secondly, apparently SIM still being active - CS agent "activated" SIM. Then worked properly again. Thirs issue: Voicemail! Since I am often abroad outside Norway, I tried to reach my Voicemail from Germany - number to Voicemail did not work! Chattet with CS: no such service from abroad any longer! WHAT??? Could not believe it. Dialed CS again: yes, only within Norway! Told CS this does not make any sense being an international mobile phone provider. Agent: I can leave feedback - while I was talking, hang-up on me. Poor and confusing CS! And poor product: why would you not need a Voicemail from abroad?? Please explain and/or re-introduce such service!

DET ER DET VERSTE MOBILABONOMENNTET JEG JAR VÆRT BORTI. De trekker penger fra konto uten å fylle på data og på grunn av at jeg ikke har fått noe email så kan de ikke refundere pengene tilbake. Jeg sender dem email og alt at det er trukket penger fra min bankkonto og på appen til lyca står det også. Har ringt dem hver dag og er null hjelp å få av deres rævva kundeservice. Anbefaler INGEN Lyca mobile verste jeg har vært borti. SVAR: Det du sier er bare ljug, dere svindla meg for 399 nok.19 mai 2024 så fylte jeg første datapakke L. Så ser jeg det ikke noe data men var trukket penger fra min bankkonto. Jeg trengte data så jeg måtte fylle 200x2=400 kr og få kodet deres for å gjøre det om til datapakke L. har til sammen jurt 800 kr på deres app lycamobile. Jeg kommer til å avslutte hos dere for det tullet gidder jeg ikke.

Unfortunately, Lyca-mobile.no - as a company, has several things which should be better. This is why I contact its customer service from time to time. Today I've been assisted by a lady named Therese. I remember, that she assisted me many times before, and every time I have a strong impression, that she is very involved, and at least tries to help me as much as she only can. She is also very polite and gentle. She really deserves a high esteem. Please, convey to her my appreciation and... take a good care of her as your devoted worker(!). I wanted to move an existing, but not used for quite a while, phonenumber to a new sim-card. It went pretty well, by the help of your worker Acee39544 (if I've written correctly). She did a good job, and was friendly. And... like all your workers, by the end of the conversation, she quoted the long web-address (as if I didn't know it...!!). It is a bit funny to hear it every time I talk with Lyca-workers. I do understand, that they want to be polite, and they MUST do it, but... every time. Come on... It is boring and a bit irritating. Please, dear Lyca-bosses, do NOT demand from your workers to quote that boring, long and unecessary web-address every time. The customer does not like it, and for the worker it is an obstacle too, for sure. They are usually very polite anyway, like Acee38544 is. Thank you and all other Lyca-workers for a good and polite service.
