I wanted to move an existing, but not used for quite a while, phonenumber to a new sim-card. It went pretty well, by the help of your worker Acee39544 (if I've written correctly). She did a good job, and was friendly. And... like all your workers, by the end of the conversation, she quoted the long web-address (as if I didn't know it...!!). It is a bit funny to hear it every time I talk with Lyca-workers. I do understand, that they want to be polite, and they MUST do it, but... every time. Come on... It is boring and a bit irritating. Please, dear Lyca-bosses, do NOT demand from your workers to quote that boring, long and unecessary web-address every time. The customer does not like it, and for the worker it is an obstacle too, for sure. They are usually very polite anyway, like Acee38544 is. Thank you and all other Lyca-workers for a good and polite service.
