It was a bit of a struggle to get everything working, but the service was solid and I appreciated Edmund's help in activating my sim card.

I ordered a Lyca Smart XL SIM card over four weeks ago and paid 300 NOK for it. The SIM card has not arrived to this day. About two weeks after the order, I called customer service, and they promised to resend it. However, it still hasn’t arrived. Now, I can't even reach their customer service by phone. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by the lack of accountability and proper support.

Last contact was on Oct 8th. Naveene said "Additionally, if you would like to request a refund, please let us know and I will assist you further with that as well." and then disappeared. I replied 8 days ago, 6 days ago, today and I've got no more answers. I'm truly disappointed!

Impossible to cancel subscription. For my trip through Norway, I was looking for a data plan to have mobile data, this for 1 month. After 29 days, money automatically went out of my bank account for the next month. I did not want this so called the company, here I was told that a refund was not possible for this. So through that same call i asked to cancel automatic continuation of the subscription. They did nothing. In the meantime, I have called 3 times and they told me it was going to get fixed. Not true! Needed this abbonement 1 month, paid 4 times in the meantime and I am just NOT being helped further. It has to stop. Sad that it has to go through this way.

en liten oppdatering: etter 4 dager har de fortsatt ikke gjort noe selv om de har fått det de ba om! det er bare en taktikk for å få deg til å tro at de har fikset det! De leverte meg en e-sim som ikke fungerte - så jeg ringte dem og fyren i telefonen fortalte meg at jeg må kjøpe en ny e-sim med nytt abonnement og at han ville sørge for at mine 499 NOK ville bli refundert. Jeg gjorde det, og 7 dager senere ringte jeg dem igjen da jeg ikke hadde mottatt refusjonen min, og de fortalte meg at refusjonen ble avslått. Personen jeg snakket med på telefonen prøvde deretter å gjøre refusjonen igjen, og nå omtrent 7 dager senere igjen har jeg fortsatt ikke mottatt noe. Ikke bruk LycaMobile! De vil svindle deg, sende deg e-sim som kanskje ikke fungerer, men fortsatt ta pengene dine og lyve for deg uten anger!

Impossible to order a sim card from them called 6 times 5 times i was promised to recieve it didnt get it waste of time been waiting for 3 weeks and now another week to get a refund terrible company None emails recieved from them
