It was a bit of a struggle to get everything working, but the service was solid and I appreciated Edmund's help in activating my sim card.

Regningen kom på lørdag og ble ikke trukket momentant, og det kom heller ingen varsel om dette. På søndag da jeg skulle fikse dette så hadde de slettet abonnementet mitt slik at at jeg måtte opprette et nytt, Jeg blir ikke å opprette et nytt. De gir ingen klar oversikt over forbruk heller. Jeg trodde Onecall var scammy... Lyca er rent oppkast.

It was a very bad idea to order a SIM card from them. The service is terrible - the SIM card has been on its way for 11 days now. I’ve called customer support twice, and each time they tell me it has been sent. They initially said it would take 5 business days, a maximum of 7, but 11 days have already passed, including 7 business days.

Finally I have my Lyca simcard blocked for sometime. One bandit is using my number on whatsup somewhere in the world and asking for money from my Contacts. I dont know where this guy/ lady is. Apparently i own the simcard and i use it actively on calls but not whatsup. The world is rotten.Thank you to Sir Edmond for helping me through this process. I have writen emails to whatsup to take action but no reply todate. Good job sir Edmond for the good customer service. Very professional guy👌🏾

Jeg skriver ang. en refusjon som jeg ble lovet fra Lycamobile. Jeg har vært kunde i flere år, men er nå lei. Jeg hadde et abonnement på 99 kr per mnd, som jeg valgte å kansellere før den nye abonnementsperioden startet. Siden jeg hadde betalt på forskudd. Siden på appen fungerer det ikke å kansellere på forhånd. Jeg avsluttet abonomentet før ny skulle begynne. Jeg fikk bekreftet at refusjonen skulle bli overført til min bankkonto innen 5–7 virkedager av kundeservice på mobilen. Jeg fikk beskjed å ikke bruke simkort før det ble avsluttet, noe som jeg ikke gjøre heller. Nå har det gått nesten fire uker, og jeg har fremdeles ikke mottatt pengene. Dette er svært skuffende. Jeg har forsøkt å kontakte kundeservice på telefonnummer 947 33 322 fra en annen operatør, men får dessverre ikke svar.
