Jeg skrev en anmeldelse for en uke siden, og fikk et svar fra Lycamobile her på Trustpilot om at de ville prioritere saken min og ba meg kontakte dem på e-post. Men de ignorerer meg fullstendig. Til tross for at jeg har fulgt opp i over tre uker, har jeg ikke fått noe svar eller hjelp. Det virker som om de kun svarer offentlig for å gi inntrykk av god kundeservice, men i realiteten gjør de ingenting med saken. Det er viktig at andre er klar over hvordan de behandler kundene sine.
