It was a very bad idea to order a SIM card from them. The service is terrible - the SIM card has been on its way for 11 days now. I’ve called customer support twice, and each time they tell me it has been sent. They initially said it would take 5 business days, a maximum of 7, but 11 days have already passed, including 7 business days.
