Shopping with Luxe Collective has turned out to be the most frustrating and stressful shopping experience for me. You couldn’t have done worst. I regret placing my order and definitely won’t do it again. You have received my returned order #61408 (returned items RMA #2FJVTWMX) on 2025/05/07 and till today 2025/07/01 my refund has never been completed, although you claim to initiate the return process within 5 working days. No further information was provided to me till today, almost 2 months later, regarding the status of my refund. You won’t even answer my everyday emails. I won’t quit till the funds are issued back to my original payment method. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Elena Koutsouli

Did not return my item

Had a ring consigned with them until their business closed. They emailed to say they would send it back to me. Weeks have gone by and obviously there is nobody to contact so basically they’ve kept the ring and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Ive sent my bag in for consignment and since they closed down, my bag still havent yet returned to me. It has been a month and a half now and no bag!!!!

Excellent company and experience

Just purchased a Saint Laurent handbag for my wife for Christmas. The bag arrived on time and I’m confident she’ll love it. This is the second handbag I've bought from this brilliant company this year and I've been thoroughly impressed with everything—from the savings to the delivery and the quality of the item. Designer items to sell? Look no further than Luxe

I cannot believe the speed of service from Luxe Collective Fashion, I uploaded my Gucci holdall around 11.30pm to sell and received a quote the following morning. I accepted the offer and within 2 days of sending my bag to them, which was covered by insurance, the money was paid into my account. I used customer services to ask a question and got an immediate response from Elli, her customer service was exceptional, she was polite, very friendly and reassuring. The whole experience was way above my expectations. I did look at another company before finding luxe, where you upload your details including photos onto WhatsApp and even emailed their customer service department due to no response, that was 3.5 weeks ago and I’m still to receive a reply. Just through selling one bag, I have experienced exceptional service from Luxe and appalling service from a competitor. I would highly recommend Luxe Collective Fashion to anyone looking at selling designer items, so much so, that I’ve submitted 10 other products for sale with them this evening. Great site to sell or buy from!

I sent my bag to be cleaned, authenticated, photographed for the site and for it to be sold. I took a few months for it to sell but I was happy to do that. They emailed to tell me when it had sold. Then you wait 18 days just incase the buyer wants to return it etc. Then they transfer the money into your bank and email you. Very good and straightforward. Thankyou.

Over the moon with my 5 recent purchases! They were better than I expected and I have bought a lot of preloved items from elsewhere in the last 25 years! Luxe Collective is my go to now. Fabulous customer service too.

Amazing

Joke of a business, they try and buy items of people from £60-£80 and go on to sale them on their website for hundreds of pounds.. do not sale your items to this website

Super quick and efficient service for selling! I uploaded photos of my item and received a quote the very next day. The process to send the item was incredibly easy, and my bag sold within a day.
