EDIT following update - Faulty product and refund not given!
EDIT: Customer service were very apologetic and I can definitely appreciate that mistakes happen. They can see the clear miscommunication on reflection. Apart from this incident I have mainly seen good reviews, so think I would purchase from them again. Hi! Received a product that turned out to be faulty. This was acknowledged and sincere apologies given, and a free returns label provided for a full refund, as well as reassurance that they would look into their professional photography setup. Returns label received and item sent back, and now they are refusing the return and sending it back to me, and also said that I am welcome to sell the bag back to them!! I’ve emailed all the proof of the discussions via email and tried reaching out via instagram and no reply. Such a shame as everyone had been lovely up until this point!!! Awful, really ruined the experience!!!
