Lupain helped me to find a lovely apartment and especially Milena was most helpful. She guided me through the different possibilities for apartments and helped throughout the process. She was always available via phone, even on weekends and late evenings. Also, the contract signing etc. was efficient by the office.
Used Lupain properties before, always got great service, feedback, sold two properties through them, they basically do everything for you, just had to pick up the cheques. Would thoroughly recommend them

If you are looking for an agent in Tenerife then look no further than Victor. I thought it would be difficult to arrange a sale whilst I was 5000 miles away in USA and having an 8 hour time difference but Victor was on the ball ! His communications were informative and timely. No matter what time of day it was he always got back to me with an answer. He knows his stuff !!! A Great agent to help with buying or selling on Tenerife.
Just to say the guys in lupain properties were fantastic with the purchase of my new holiday home they dealt with everything for me and really went over and above their duty Ale even picked me up from airport handed the keys but also turned electric water and didn’t leave till I was sure I knew what was what keys post etc great thanks Ale and many thanks to the team thanks janey
