Roxburgh Park Vic.. Mitsubishi ASX.. Ron came out and completed the service and several smaller repair jobs in 30 mins less than first stated. He was fast and showed me several things that needed to be checked as expected. Very polite to deal with and was very knowledgeable with his answers. Car hasn't run this smoothly sine purchased 11 years ago. Would highly recommend!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Have been waiting for a quote, it’s now been nearly 3 weeks. Rung the so called area manager and was basically told that I had to chase them. Was specifically told by the mechanic that it would take 2-3 days for the quote. Paid the extra money for him to diagnose the faults in order them to generate an approx quote. The area manager was incredibly rude to me on the phone. Tried to put the onus onto me numerous time. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years. I definitely would not recommend Forest Lake Lube Mobile.
Disgraceful, utterly disgraceful experience from this company. Had a warning light come on so called them out. 1200 dollars approx spent and the issue not fixed. Take to another mechanic and find out that engine needs replacing due to broken pistons. Mechanic said it was easy to realise that was the case based on the sound of the car. He said that lube mobile mechanics should have noticed that immediately and not charged for all the things I was charged for. Spoke to head of SA, and he said nothing they can do. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE THIS COMPANY. TAKE A REAL MECHANIC OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF
Had Luke again today for my car service. He is very easy to talk to and always explains well. I'll book him again!
Had Brendan come out for an issue with my Pajero, was easy to deal with and knew what he was talking about. Reasonable pricing but high quality workmanship. Definitely recommend both Brendan and Lube Mobile.
Technician came out to fix engine misfire, quoted $1000 which I thought was too steep but didn't appreciate the hard sell and persuasion to go ahead saying things like 'this will be the best tune you've ever had' and 'you won't regret it'. Just unnecessary persuasion and obvious from him that all about the money. Fixed issue but less than personable, swearing was unprofessional, clearly uninterested in any kind of customer rapport. Rushed explanation of what he fixed. doubt I'll be using company again.
Paul came out to my place, he was on time and very professional. He explained exactly what he was gonna Ng to do to inspect my car. After he explained exactly what was required to get me back on the road. Paul has excellent customer service skills and is an excellent mechanic. He was able to get all the work done in under 2 hours and explained everything that he did. I was very pleased with Paul and the cost was in my budget.
Technician came out to confirm what I already knew, car needed a new battery. Proceeded to quote $1000 for a replacement - absolutely insane. Ended up just paying the call out fee. The technician apologised and indicated he didn’t set the pricing, insinuating he knew it was a gouge
We had a great mechanic from Wagga. Kept us up to date with what needed doing and when parts were available etc. Thank you Jarrod for your excellent service, you are definitely a great asset to the company you work for.
Prefer a mechanic coming out as can discuss what is required after assessment. I had KARAM (M16 ). This is second time Karam has serviced one of our cars and he is very good at assessing and explaining required service/fixes. Obtained a quote before accepting job. Will keep using Lube Mobile for services.
Whoever was driving 1HIA-852 eastbound on reid highway approx 1330 on 4/5/23 is a poor representation of the brand as they were speeding and tailgating in the right hand lane. No reason to be driving like that and I wouldn't be using them purely from that experience. Would hate to think how they'd treat my car if they were working on it.
First of all, a mechanic coming to you is so convienent, I had Lachlan. He was amazing. Spoke to me about the problems, he had a solution and gave me a quote. And finalised all the repairs in a few hours. 5 stars here. Will be back for my next service.
I booked in for two controller arm replacements and a service, I was lucky to have Michael come out and complete my requests, he was very thorough, kind and respectful! The services carried out were both completed and done with care, the price was very low for my expectations. I will be using the same mechanic for my next service. I called the call centre and asked them that they can fix a key barrel problem, they said they can fix it. Once the technician arrived he told me that it’s a job of a Locksmith and they can arrange to fix it but will charge me $1400 approx. I denied and later called a locksmith and they just quote me $800 and fix it within a day. I have been unnecessarily charged the call out fee which is misleading and inappropriate. Very unfair way of doing business.
I had a service yesterday at my home.The tech was good at his job but the price that you charged for the air filter was over the top.I would have brought that myself for half the price.He should have left the car how he found it clean floor.And I am still waiting for my invoice.I have payed and no invoice from the tech?? you have my email
