Cancelled job 12 minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Tried to re book for three days later.

Brendan, from Newcastle, was extremely effective at making our Captiva run smoothly again whilst keeping costs down. He has a lot of experience to draw from and comes highly recommended by me.

Ashley is the best customer service representative, she organised my repair so quickly and the mechanic was a real professional, he knows everything - easy to deal with , polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this service again . Thank you so much

TLDR: Save your money and go elsewhere. Lube Mobile over quote for every single itemised part. I cannot believe the service, prices and experience I had getting my repairs done with lube mobile. Firstly, I chose to go with Lube Mobile as I thought being a larger business they would have competitive prices. I was wrong. My initial business with them was a clutch replacement which ended up costing me almost $3k, which at the time was a lot but I was desperate so just accepted it. In hindsight it did not need to be nearly as expensive and could have gone to any mechanic and get it done for $1.8-2.2k. For example, one item ~ the clutch master cylinder cost my $463. I couldn't even get one that expensive if I tried. About a week after the repair my indicators started playing up and to their credit they said they would take a look at it and see if the service caused such an issue. In the end, it was just the flasher that needed to be replaced and they quoted me $333 to get the job done. $243 for the flasher part and $90 for a call out fee. I almost fell for this offer but instead refused and soon realised the part could be ordered online from eBay for $16. I am not kidding, that exact model number and all was $227 cheaper online and contrary to what the mechanic said, did not need to be specifically ordered from interstate. Before you say anything about the part, I ordered it, installed it (literally plug and play) and now my indicators work fine and have for weeks.

I booked for next day (Saturday). Next day I get a call and was told a mechanic can't come today. That next one available is Monday. That no good for me, I work full time during the weekdays and need a car to get to work and back.

Absolutely blew me away did Kudz. Had work done on my car by another Mobile Mechanic but wasn't comfortable with his diagnosis. Got Lube Mobile out and in turn Kudz for a second opinion. Analysed and test drove, found no issues and didn't charge! Quite extraordinary. You've definitely got my future business now for 2 cars. Cheers Keith

Made a booking and was waiting for them they sent me a text to rebook for the next day so ok I canceled my plans and waited all arvo, they never showed up or even gave me a message

After a frustrating experience trying to get another company out to change a damaged tyre, I came across Lube Mobile via Google. The whole transaction was super easy, a quote was supplied straight away and a really lovely mechanic (Anthony Mobile Code-VT89) called me within minutes to advise the time he expected to attend. Anthony was prompt, helpful, did a great job and even left 1 tyre that was still good. Highly recommend!!

Had Allan come to look over my car and was very honest and was able to find what was causing the problem and offered great solutions. Would use Lube mobile ( Allan) again.

The mechanic came to my place broke my back drum shell.an said they r already broken but wasnt,didnt fix the back brakes at all he said he would get back to me neva did,,,In my honest opinion i will neva eva get lube mobile again very appualing in my eyes...

Karam came out and did a great job repairing my car

Ive had Dylan S15 out on two different occasions and wouldn't hesitate to call him back again. He was on time, knew what needed fixing and worked hard for 4 hours on the car. The car now sounds like when i first bought it 10 years ago. The reason its not 5 stars is Lube Mobiles pricing for the job was significantly higher than other mobile mechanics but i justified paying it for the quality of work that was done and the car hadnt had a decent service in 2 years. In all honesty Dylan was upfront about the charges before work started.

I heard the general manager is a dog and I will NEVER use their services EVER in the future.

Don't even bother!! There is a reason that they don't have their Google Reviews turned on! I have tried to book with them twice using their online booking tool, and both times on the morning of the booked service they called and said "we'll have to make it next week". When I told the guy on the phone that I had 13 cars in my fleet and that I was looking to build a relationship with someone, he hung up on me!! Appalling customer service!@!

Michael (NAP3) is a legend. Came ready with the part and replaced my alternator after confirming that was the issue. Quick and easy. Would book again.

If I could give zero stars I would. First appointment they cancelled last minute - management have an excuse that they didn't activate enough mechanics that day and seemed to think that was ok. Second appointment they charged me $250 call out fee then over quote the initial invoice by $900! Worked out cheaper to pay the scam fee and go somewhere else. Even ethically I could not go with lube mobile

The mechanic is trusted, friendly & professional. After checking my car & fixed the engine check indicator, I even pay nothing for the job done. It's truly a Chritmas gift for me. Thanks a lot Lube Mobile.
