Do not use, was 4 hours late and then refused to do the job as vehicle was not on a suitable site! No indication before that it needed to be on concrete. Basically I got the impression that the lazy mechanic just wanted to knock off and go home as he arrived at just before 4pm
CHRIS was fantastic very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service. A little on the expensive side but the service was so good that it's worth. Came home from work to a fixed car.
Booked a mechanic day before for a 2-4 appointment. I phone at 0200 to check all was good, as I've taken time off work to be available. At 0230 I receive a phone saying we can't do the job today but in 2 day time we can. Do you think I'm risking 48 hrs for another cancellation? Unreliable service

Extremely happy with Service provided. Sean from Lube Mobile was amazing he looked after my little Suzuki got her back on the road. Very pleasant young man very professional kept me in the loop as to what was going on. Definitely use Lube mobile again after all the others I’ve tried not always truthful about the jobs they do.
Great mechanics always checking all aspects of concern more than happy to explain things i wasnt sure of and do honest reliable work never had a problem with any work ive had done through them. I had jahy out today to do a safety inspection on a vehicle i just purchased and he has gone above and beyond to make sure i was going to have a good safe car to drive around in and that its reliable.

Mechanic Got here no issues diagnosis No issues. When it came to actually doing the work. My car now is still not fixed because the mechanic has admitted he doesn’t know what to do. Update after 3 days it finally got fixed and now I think they’ve done something else Unhappy customer.
I would strongly advise finding any other business to repair \ service your vehicle. Four days after or mechanic replaced our brake pads we heard a knocking from the front left of the car. On RAA inspection the brake caliper was hanging loose, the bolts missing, and the electronic wear sensor hanging adrift making the car unroadworthy. After sending out a senior mechanic to fix, a few weeks later warning lights came up on dash. On third party mechanic check, wear sensor was "tied up" not repaired resulting in the car brakes sensors failing. Request for refund\cost of repair of the car was met with offer from the zone manager to supply cost of fixing sensor only, ignoring previous assurances the company would repair the damage caused by the caliper damaging the wheel rim. Now having to raise a civil case to pursue getting the car restored to its condition prior to allowing Lube mobile to work on it. Follow up - after providing my details as requested over a week ago there has been no contact.

Brendan H130 was my mechanic from Lubemobile Beresfield ... his work was impeccable and he found that I had a bulging battery that needed replacing .. this made me happy as I go 4wdriving and could have been way out in the bush when it died.. thanks for your outstanding mechical knowledge Brendan H130... PW90 Ali was great dropped car off for me when finished great service
Used my local agent to deal with an overheating situation, initial fault was never repaired and when called back the mechanic found another fault that had magically appeared overnight without driving the car. Totally dissatisfied with all aspects of the initial repair and more so with the attempt to glean more money. Most mechanics I have dealt with can diagnose problems without referencing their laptop for advice, if this is all it takes I'll use Google myself from now on.
Not reliable at all couldn't find problem just kept doing work anc my car now doesn't run at all and they want more we basically wasters our money don't waste yours
I booked my car in for a service, which was organised for today, Saturday 28/01/2023. The timeframe provided to me by Lube Mobile was between 2pm and 4pm. I received a call at 12:34pm on Saturday, which I missed. I immediately called back at 12:51pm where the operator advised me that she had no idea why I was being called and suggested to me that the mechanic may already be on the way and arriving before the scheduled time – which was great. About an hour later, at 1:47pm I received a call from another staff member advising that due to two mechanics booking off, he had to “shuffle things around” and asked if I can reschedule to the next week. I said no to which he advised that he had no other choice. This brings me to a series of questions: • Why was I not informed in the early morning that you are short staffed? I lost hours at work because of this. • Why would their staff member ask me to move my booing to next week and then proceed to say there is no other option? Was he trying to be nice? • I rightly asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and now having to miss two days of work. The staff member said he can waive the weekend call-out fee if he books me in on Monday. I was unaware that Monday is a weekend? What weekend fee is there to be waived on a business day? • The staff member said he called me around 10am to tell me about the above. This is untrue. I had no calls, texts or emails prior to 12:34pm. • The staff member tried to gain my sympathy for the short-staffed environment Lube Mobile has in their business however that is not my problem nor my concern. We are all struggling at work in the current climate. Why advertise their services the way you do when it is not true? I had high hopes going with Lube Mobile and looked forward to switching over to a mobile mechanic to save time and effort however this experience, which didn’t even result in at least a visit by a mechanic,, is absolutely shocking and a disgrace. Lube Mobile shouldn’t be offering the services they have on your website as they are false and misleading. This cannot be a one-off, I am sure there were others who received similar calls today as well. I know there are also some who probably were lucky enough to have their cars serviced. I wonder why they got through and I didn’t? Perhaps their vehicles were bigger jobs resulting in more $$$ for Lube Mobile.
Exceptional and personable service provided by Liam. Located the problem quickly, explained it all to me and the potential problems that may follow and when! Kept in contact about finding parts and when he would return to complete the fix. Very highly recommended. Thank you Liam.
