They supposedly check whats wrong on my car. I told them it had been repaired by other mechanics and they just focus on what i have told them about the oil leak. They didn't check what is the other things need fixing. Waste of time and money.
Good response, but parts cost was boarding on extortion.1800$ for 8 fuel injectors fitted is going to go somewhere else next time.
Saturday 8th April 2023 , mechanic came late , he supposed to come around 10 am to 12 pm , he came around 2 pm and his name is Dharman and he talks very rude to me , and didn’t communicate properly as well. He take my car key and went for road test without saying anything. He waste my time and I didn’t even go job for it. And now they are saying specially manager why you are rude to our technician, they don’t think about customer needs. Don’t go for it.
Rude Customer Service and refused to do work. Never ever go through this guys. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I took an off from work just so they will come and fix my car. First of all the mechanic was late plus getting rude to me. I’ll never ever go through this guys. Don’t know what they think about themselves. Ruined my day and plus I lost my day pay as well.
Today we were slotted in as an emergency as our van had broken the U bolts. Caleb came early and was an absolute legend and figured our problems then went and bought what we needed and fixed it all for us at a really great price. He went above and beyond his job and was such a nice young man. We were so appreciative and would recommend the Canberra Lube mobile highly. Thanks Caleb and Kym in the office.
Ardoan (C06) attended and informed me it was likely I had seized my Falcon XR8 It was sad news for a 25 year old Classic. He packed up but the car was bugging him so even though he had already been paid he took a new approach and retrieved all his tools again and tried something else. Something was preventing the belt turning so he worked to free everything up and got it running. He was persistent and thorough and clearly wanted the best outcome for me. The car was dead for 6-8 weeks and miraculously it runs now. It will need further attention however I can now drive the car to get various things replaced. He even took the time to explain the process for to to replace some of the easier items on that list. I was in customer service most of my life and I truly wish all people put that much attention and consideration when serving. Probably the best service I have ever personally experienced as a customer. If I could give him 10/5 I would
Don’t even want to rate it 1 star it was that bad!!! DONT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Called them out to run a test to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, they proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong and it just needed a service… when infact something was definitely wrong, had Auto fixit come out (100% recommend!!!!) and as soon as he plugged the machine in it said something was wrong with engine. Meanwhile this worker from LUBE MOBILE told us we could drive home and that it was safe to drive home. Blowing out smoke, making loud noises. He just rushed through our car and could tell he couldn’t care less!!! Mind you he was late and looked at the car for about 5 mins! Put in a complaint. They are so rude and unprofessional! Don’t book with them, waste of time and you will just be wasting your money! And the guy Shaun is so rude and unprofessional!!! They honestly don’t care what so ever!
We had issues with the clutch on our van, was provided a quote which was agreed but mechanic advised he could not come and complete the repair and another mechanic would come. Francis came out and provided us with amazing service went above and beyond in helping getting the issue sorted. Nothing was too much trouble he attended on 3 occasions sourced difficult parts/tools and completed the job so we were able to continue with our business. thanks again for the great work Francis.
after paying over $3300.00 to have an alternator replaced and replace the power steering pump, well less than 50ks and the steering pump went, I got them out here and it seems they refurbished my one and I did not approve this. I was told that with it being an import they will have to send away for parts and I was willing to wait. I didn't check on the car for nearly 4 weeks. Being a disability home money is tight and i wanted it fixed properly. I stressed this to them no dodgy parts I want it done right and I am willing to wait. well now they want to charge me another $1500 to fix it and they say there is no warranty on the refurbished job i did not give permission to do! the original quote was $2k and then they added the rest later for the pump, I have been had and i am going to take them to the cleaners.
Well had a mechanic come out was well under the 15 $99 call-out hits me with $199 bill absolutely a joke talk to manger about it he blows me off, top it off the mechanic is smoking near leaking fuel line and laughs about it

Called Lube Mobile out for an issue on my car whilst I was at work, biggest mistake. I was told that my engine mount was completely broken. Okay, I believed this and was told a quote of $1700 to repair, which I declined anyway. After taking my car to my dad and my uncle who used to be mechanics in the past they had discovered that my engine mount in fact wasn’t broken. As soon as I explained to my dad and uncle the problem my car was facing, they immediately said no it’s your transmission. I then took it to another mechanic and was told yes my engine mount is NOT broken, the problem is my transmission. He was able to tell me this as soon as I explained the problem. I’ve been told by my dad, my uncle and the mechanic I took it to that an engine mount repair is no where near the quote of $1700 and would not take “half a day” to fix like I was also told. Now I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman that this mechanic thought he could attempt to rip me off like this, or he is either just a terrible person thinking it’s okay to rip people off. Especially when cost of living is already up the roof, have some respect and honesty. As far as I’m concerned I should be getting a refund for the call out fee I paid.
Had Luke, VanLF02, out to do the yearly service on my car today. This is not the first time using Luke to take care of my car. When I first got the car, there were a number of problems that I was unaware of. Luke gave me a number of options and rectified them. I can not recommend Luke enough. He has kept me well informed and has saved me money where he can but still making sure the very best for my car. He has been punctual on every booked call out for repairs and services. As I do an exceptional amount of km due to work commitments, his expertise has kept me on the road and driving comfortably. Luke is an exceptional young mechanic with a vast knowledge of a number of vehicles. Thank you so much
Want to get ripped off ? Go to LUBE MOBILE How does an oil change fixed yearly service go from $440 fixed price to $1200-$1600 ?? Easy. They check all the stuff when they arrive and then hit you up for additional repairs. But be careful of the bottom dollar on parts as well. GROSSLY overpriced. In this case a Mercedes Valente. GIVEN, they are dear on spare parts normally, but these guys are a joke. For example, Ryco Cabin Air Filter(them $87, online $46), Air Filter (Them $77.33 online $37), Fuel filter(them $162.95 online $45) wiper blades (quoted over $269 for front , online $47). What a joke. NEVER coming back.

Thank you to Mathew from van tf49 for getting me up and running when my alternator decided to die. Amazingly great service from the time I rang to the time he had it installed, very friendly and let me know everything that was happening along the way. Talk about dedication to customers, he did this all while his wife was in labour with their 3rd child. Hope all goes well for the future Mathew and hope Mum and bub are well. Highly recommend 👌

First of all, You found and caused more problems than fixing anything!!! Then you Tried to charge me extra for all the problems being found AND when I told them I cannot afford anymore than the agreed upon service. SUDDENLY there is ANOTHER issue found that WASN'T THERE BEFORE and needs fixing urgently. :( As soon as he's left I tried to drive the car and didn't even get 5 minutes! down! the! road! before it started causing me problems like it was going to break down! Never have I ever had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with a mechanical company and never EVER will I use LubeMobile again!!! :'( IT IS THE WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTT EDIT*** LubeMobile has contacted me and made efforts to right the situation. They picked the car up from my house and fixed it over the weekend for me. I found them to be helpful in this regard
I couldn't even get quote to get a new fuel filter and spark plugs installed. The live chat person straight up said the car is too old and needed a "classic mechanic". I tried to find out why it needed a special mechanic, since a 1959 car can't get any more basic (it's a straight up standard combustion engine and fuel system, it should be 'mechanics 101') . I asked if the agent could let me know what type of mechanic I should look for if it's such a specialised job but he straight up ignored me & never answered. Eventually after about 10mins he just closed the chat. Thanks for nothing Dylan.
