deplorable treatment by Fraud team, verifying a transaction asking me my mothers milk, at some point the woman on the phone says, may be you are a fraudster, unacceptable treatment of clients, I hang up after 25 min of nonsense, they blocked my account prior to a trip of mine abroad leaving me stranded, went to unblock it after my return, was told they were closing the account in a month, no explanation, never received a letter to that effect, they told me they would resend the letter, two weeks later still no letter!!!! wtf guys, are you a bank or what

0% balance transfer why would you do that

Offered me a 0% balance transfer, then suspended my account because I tried to do a balance transfer! I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what was happening and how to sort it. I now have to find a branch that hasn’t closed down to answer some questions about why I wanted to transfer a balance. I’ll have to take time off work and they just don’t give two sh**s.

Useless fraud department

Wouldnt help me after i got my money stolen and took 3-6 hours at a time to respond, so even though i started a conversation at 6am it still hadent been sorted by 9pm then they decided to cut me off. And left me on seen constantly for like an hour. Assholes

I've been a customer for 25 plus years…

I've been a customer for 25 plus years the only time I've needed help from them with a fraud case and they gave the fraudsters their money! Avoid lloyds like the plague!

Spent the best part of an hour to get…

Spent the best part of an hour to get one simple question answered. Once I got through it was probably a two minute conversation. Had to start with on-line message thing. Absolutely useless. Tried telephone number. After going through loads of automated random questions it says 'Sorry, can't put you through, Goodbye'. Tried several times - nothing. Ended up on facebook and messaged there. Got a different telephone number from them than shows on the website and eventually got through. I like how the message at the start of the call says. 'Please treat our staff with respect'. I wonder if they have a mirror they could look into?

I called their number I called their…

I called their number 03456021997 but you literally ONLY get 3 options. My enquiry is none of these but there is no option 4 to speak to a human. Surely they must be able to understand that not all calls fit into one of those 3 options and sometimes a 4th option to speak to a human might be needed? Given up with them.

Very poor service.i have a credit card that hasn't worked in a shop all year.go to branch they say phone, phone says go to branch.automated paying system never works and when your put through to a person they will not accept payment and you end up paying more interest because nobody will accept payment.

Thieves!

Uk citizen, residing in Australia, LLoyds closed my account, had to go through Dormant & inactive accounts, which have no email address, had to correspond by mail. They requested numerous documents all to be verified by a solicitor! Went over to the U.K gave all required documents, still couldn’t get my money in person. Finally received a cheque 2 months later, the banks here won’t accept it, rang to ask for electronic transfer, told they can’t verify me over the phone, even though l have the letter saying that l’ve been verified with the cheque enclosed. Told to come back to the U.K to be verified! Absolutely disgraceful, no doubt done to thousands of people. Give me my money!!!

Internet banking Trying to sort out being locked out of…

Trying to sort out being locked out of internet banking took hours of my time. Went into branch Dereham, the assistant was cold said nothing she could do call this number, called the number in the bank, didn't work. She gave me another number said I needed the fraud department. She was cold I've been a customer since 1988, means nothing. Called the number got AI said I needed to go to internet banking click on forgotten password. Did this, said I had to call number, now I'm in a circle. The number was all I had the voice said there was no one to speak to. Did this five times then the ringing tone came spoke to someone after 15 mins who put me through to the fraud department waited another 10 minutes. The bloke treated me like a criminal, not a long standing customer. The sad sad thing is , I suspect all banks are all the same, training has gone.

False account offers

Be very careful on their switch account deal that they offer. They lur you on with a sweet deal offer then then once the switch has taken place they fail to offer the rewards for switching on a small technicality. Unhelpful and unwilling to want to help.

The are absolutely amazing company

The are absolutely amazing company. Everytime I have spoken to customer service several times, they are polite, kind and extremely professional. I don’t get the hate! I spoke with a gentleman called Kevin, please give him a pay rise!

Zero stars if I could AVOID THESE OMNISHAMBLE Merchants

So earlier this year I signed up for the switching offer and their tech screwed it up so that the switch was not registered and they blamed me - said it was my human error(it wasn't I'm an it guy I did it properly) eventually I got it sorted and got the club lloyds cinema tickets. Because of how I was treated I switched again to Nationwide(Highly recommended from me) today I went with 5 kids and tried to use the cinema tickets that were valid till 28/08/25 only to get refused at the box office beware terms and conditions "13 One Lifestyle Benefit per account is available for each 12 months that you have a Club Lloyds account and if leaving Club Lloyds, the benefit may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Lloyds Bank." it seems Lloyds can screw you over after the fact AVOID LIKE THE BLACK DEATH

2.5% hoge rente?! Grapjassen

Ten eerste, hebben wij een NEE NEE sticker, hoezo krijgen we reclame? Ten tweede doe je stoer met 2.5 % rente??!! Dat is helemaal niks, als ie nou met 4 kwam oké, maar met 2.5% staat je geld nog steeds stil. Ga even weg hè.
