Internet banking Trying to sort out being locked out of…
Trying to sort out being locked out of internet banking took hours of my time. Went into branch Dereham, the assistant was cold said nothing she could do call this number, called the number in the bank, didn't work. She gave me another number said I needed the fraud department. She was cold I've been a customer since 1988, means nothing. Called the number got AI said I needed to go to internet banking click on forgotten password. Did this, said I had to call number, now I'm in a circle. The number was all I had the voice said there was no one to speak to. Did this five times then the ringing tone came spoke to someone after 15 mins who put me through to the fraud department waited another 10 minutes. The bloke treated me like a criminal, not a long standing customer. The sad sad thing is , I suspect all banks are all the same, training has gone.
