Spent the best part of an hour to get…
Spent the best part of an hour to get one simple question answered. Once I got through it was probably a two minute conversation. Had to start with on-line message thing. Absolutely useless. Tried telephone number. After going through loads of automated random questions it says 'Sorry, can't put you through, Goodbye'. Tried several times - nothing. Ended up on facebook and messaged there. Got a different telephone number from them than shows on the website and eventually got through. I like how the message at the start of the call says. 'Please treat our staff with respect'. I wonder if they have a mirror they could look into?
