My experience was very informative with Sherry. She asked if my husband or I were veterans and because my husband was, I received a discount plus if I paid for the year I would receive another discount! And I also get a lockbox which I am happy to have and my watch will also have a fall alert which will make me feel safer. All in all it was a great experience!

I had never heard of this company before. I was set to be given the run around again. But to my surprise the agent listen to my need and was knowledgeable of the product. Sherrie was most helpful in explaining the benefits of the products. I knew she was a sales person for the company but I respect the fact that the sell did not seem to be her primary motive but to share information and listen to what my needs really were. I was not rushed or hurried along. Thanks for service which is so rarely received in this age.
