I ordered lifestation because they did such a great job in the past with my mama. But they seem to have changed and now they have someone answering the phone whose English is not so good. He is difficult to understand and I spend more time saying what? If I can't understand him how can I expect him to unstanded me and what I need? Sorry I am moving on to a company who thinks more of their clients than to make them struggle to get anywhere.

Spoke with Frankie. He was very knowledgeable, knew about other companies products that I had already researched. He was kind, patient, and considered my needs and frustration with two prior companies. I Chose your company as it was recommended by Aetna with discount and had fall detection on watch
I ordered and they took my money and did not send me the product
Efficient but a little high pressure. Polite and efficient but I would have preferred a scheduled call so I was prepared with questions.
I needed 2 units one for my wife and 1 for me, The rep was very curious and very helpful.
Still waiting on the product, although they have already taken $700 out of my bank account without any explanation. This is turning out to be a scam. Of course you won’t see this review on their website.
The knowledge and experience with the information given to me was top notch. The rep(Maria) answered all my questions and even some that I didn’t ask. She gave me advice on the info on which device suits my needs. I was also impressed by not asking for discharge papers on military history. All in all my experience with this company was top notch. 5stars

Very Professional Personal
I am at point in my life with health issues and living alone.so Frankie from lifestation called me. He explained everything to me and when I wasn't sure he would explain again. Frankie spent a lot of time and patience with me. If this service is as good as Frankie I will be happy. I am just not 100% sure of making this decision .but will try it for a month and it gives me time to see how this goes
