Charged after trying to reschedule first appointment
I was charged $125 for an appointment I tried to reschedule with Jane Sullivan’s office. I emailed confirmation showing I attempted to reschedule the week of April 20th, 2025, but received no response. When I reached out for help, I was told they couldn’t assist with billing—even though the payment was made directly to them. I explained I was experiencing financial hardship and requested a one-time courtesy, but my concerns were dismissed. I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but after being ignored and left without support, I feel it’s important to share my experience publicly. I hope this encourages more responsive and compassionate service in the future.
