The phone system is a joke. I held for 10 minutes the other day trying to connect to my provider.

I was connected to Esi Yeboah for psychiatric care through my insurance. I had a great experience in my first session with her. I truly felt heard and taken seriously. She asked insightful questions and created a plan with follow-ups. The virtual access was simple and understandable and the office communicated efficiently. I would highly recommend.

They have made my life easier by connecting me with my awesome therapist. She has made a difference in my life, the suggestions she has offered me to me has really worked in my life as long as I apply them in my life. The word APPLY is an action function. Have a blessed day and do it on purpose.

So I see Nicole first time I saw her was through zoom second time was in person both times she was super easy to talk to super down to earth no judgment I felt free to talk about my past in my prescriptions use and my past and the way I cope with things and if anyone would prescribe me medicine, it would be her because she just she listened to what I had to say, and looking forward to working with her in the future as well.

Was able to get me in during work cause my schedule and work with me on my meds to get there right med and dosage

I love lifestance. I hadn't been to therapy in over 7 years due to bad experiences and my therapist Emily actually makes me want to be there every week. I look forward to our visits. She's so attentive, listens, understands and asks what you want to focus on which I feel is important.

Horrible company. Only thing they want is your money. Doctor cancer appt you still have yo pay the co pay for nothing. Can’t reach anybody by phone just a scam

I have related information to these people at least 4x when I moved to a new state. No one wrote down anything, and furthermore, did not notify me of their uselessness. Mental health does not have a pause button. And if the people picking up the phone are so incompetent as to suffer from a tragic inability to update a patient’s new info and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the list of medications, and then relay this information to insurance, need to find a job that requires very limited cognitive and motor processing skills. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I have called Lifestance a few times to literally repeat the same info, no changes, again and again. Since May until July.

My doctor Jozeca Meyer is excellent. I am so very grateful for her. She listens to me and remembers what I tell her! I know I am not her only patient! I honestly can't wait for my next visit with her. I feel she is genuinely concerned and wants to help me get better. Thank you Life Stance for this provider ❤️

I’m super thankful to have been connected with Barbara Miller as my therapist. I used to do counseling through this company before, but I’ve never had a therapist work so dedicated and caring to work together until now. She is one of a kind. She has educated me and helped me develop tools and skills to create a more balanced and enjoyable life to live. I am so grateful that I was directed to her and back to this practice. The front desk staff is always very helpful and kind as well.

Michelle Khan is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is so kind and listens to my concerns, and then helps me figure out how to process issues I’m experiencing. LifeStance is a pretty good company to use for therapy but I will say it does get pricey, insurance will only cover a small portion of each session. Other than that I would recommend LifeStance to anyone searching for therapy.
