They literally don’t take down crucial information

I have related information to these people at least 4x when I moved to a new state. No one wrote down anything, and furthermore, did not notify me of their uselessness. Mental health does not have a pause button. And if the people picking up the phone are so incompetent as to suffer from a tragic inability to update a patient’s new info and MORE IMPORTANTLY, the list of medications, and then relay this information to insurance, need to find a job that requires very limited cognitive and motor processing skills. This is unacceptable and dangerous. I have called Lifestance a few times to literally repeat the same info, no changes, again and again. Since May until July.
