Nothing like making a booking that the hotel gets wrong & when they kindly promise to re-imburse they actually change the facts so that they don’t have to re-imburse the customers. When you know you were at the hotel at 10am to check in & you’re told that you got the date wrong & then you see that they update Booking in the afternoon as a ‘no show’. I don’t know why Booking wants to list such hotels on their database when such bad service from the hotel reflects badly known them as well. Leonardo hotel - Tel Aviv This business customer ain’t coming back!

Have just booked my 4th visit this year. at Leonardo Hotel Gateshead Quays, fabulous, as always very friendly staff , Ann on reception so helpful, and always give us a welcome as we arrive, the furnishings in bar, and lounge have been renewed, plus an added touch of complementary cold drinks from the dispenser in reception rooms cleaned and all tea coffee and milk , plenty of it every day, the bar staff and resturant staff are fantastic, my next visit already booked

SEAFOS DOES NOT OPERATE LIKE A 5 STAR HOTEL

While checking into my suite at the SEAFOS Luxury Resort & Spa Hotel in Nafplio, Greece the Security Guard/Reception Staff negligently directed my partner and I to park in an area incapable of safely accommodating our Van, resulting in substantial damage to the body panels of our vehicle. Following the damage to our vehicle I confronted the hotel Mgr. (Vasilis Keritis) who agreed that his staff was negligent and that he was willing to do what was necessary to restore our vehicle. Yet the following day, when I inquired how the SEAFOS Hotel was going to arrange payment for the repairs necessary to fix our van , Vasilis Keritis reversed his position claiming his staff was not at fault. Out of hundreds of hotels I've stayed, throughout 55+ different countries, this is BY FAR THE WORSE ONE YET!!!

Leonardo, nie wieder...

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit dem Buchungsservice eines Leonardo Hotels. Auf Grund eines Buchungsfehlers haben wir die Reservierung innerhalb von zwei Stunden wieder storniert - das ganze lag mehr als 6 Monate vor dem geplanten Aufenthalt. Trotzdem besteht das Hotel auf der vollen Zahlung für zwei Nächte. Mehrmalige Kontaktaufnahmen per Email und Telefon blieben ohne Resonanz. Aus unserer Sicht reine Abzocke, denn das Zimmer kann in dieser langen Zeitspanne problemlos neu vergeben werden. Kundenunfreundlich und nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir werden das Hotel künftig meiden.

Inverness Gym. Decent facilities

Inverness Gym. Decent enough facilities. Friendly staff. BUT...... there's rarely keys available for the lockers in the changing rooms even though most of the lockers are empty. So don't bring your wallet, phone etc with you or you'll be worrying about whether they're still going to be there when you finish your workout. I heard one guest complain to staff that his trainers had been stolen whilst he'd gone for a swim. The pool's quite small and they provide kids swimming lessons so if there are more than 3 adults doing lengths you can't get moving. The locker issue is an easy fix but it's been like this for as long as I've been a member. Over a year now. Update: noticed a sign at the gym today saying they will be changing all lockers over to padlocks over the next few weeks...👍

Shocking standards /service

Stayed at the leonardo hotel Belfast. The room was dirty/ breakfast was canteen/low grade and room not refreshed when requested. Water/coffee was not offered even though included in package. Will not be staying again

Leonardo Hotel in Birmingham

Leonardo Hotel in Birmingham STAFF STEALING - I left two items in the wardrobe when I left. Lo and behold though, apparently I didn’t. I only left one. Why would I lie?! No offer to investigate . So do not stay here because the housekeeping staff are clearly untrustworthy and will steal property mistakenly forgotten .

Leonardo Royal Düsseldorf

Ich war am 24.5.25 zum Japantag im Düsseldorfer Leonardo Royal Hotel und war sehr zufrieden! Ein sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet - ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Leonardo Hotel in Weimar sehr empfehlenswert

Das Leonardo Hotel in Weimar ist absolut empfehlenswert. Top Lage am Ilmpark, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, schöne, saubere und gepflegte Zimmer und Bad, absolut empfehlenswert!

Onduidelijkheid over dingen werken op de hotelkamer, douche/bad combinatie waardoor alles nat wordt tijdens het douchen uitzicht op verwarmings buizen late inchecken vanaf 15.00 pas.vies plafond.kamer wel netjes gemeubileerd.

I stayed at Leonardo hotel Birmingham hotel was fine in general. My concern was I left a pair of sunglasses in my room upon my return home I noticed they were not in my bag. I contacted the above hotel the next day logged my details for house keeping to confirm. To cut a long story short I would say at least 15 phone calls all with I will call you back no call back? and the last call today 21-05-25 They confirmed that they had not been handed in to house keeping. For me now this review is not about loosing the glasses its about how it takes over a week to say the item was not handed in ? To me this is arrogant and dismissive

I am currently going through a booking…

I am currently going through a booking process with this hotel group which is not fit for purpose. It is frustrating and inaccurate. I have a booking already made for July for a room with 3 adults and one 11 year old in prep for a cruise which hasn't been a problem. I have tried several times to book for a cruise in October and to call the reservation team of which the website tells me that it recognises my email (should hope so) and gives me a price. Try to book and it won't let me. Emailed customer support and they're not being helpful. They told me that because my son is 12 or under he can't share the room they've allowed us to book despite him being 11 on the first booking and he'll be 12 on the second. He won't be 13 or 14. He will be 12 and I made sure that I clarified the 12 and under policy they have. I have escalated my complaint but am not happy that this hotel group have any interest in their own policy or booking process other than now trying to 'upsell'.

VIRKELIG DÅRLIG SERVICE

Boede på deres hotel i Inverness. Virkelig dårlig service. Ville købe en Aperol Spritz i baren. De havde flasken, den var åben og havlfyldt, men de måtte ikke sælge den for deres manager, fordi den ikke længere havde den på kortet. Hvorfor så have den bag baren? Selv efter gentagende opfordringer, var de ikke til at ændre mening. . Værelset var også slidt, radiatoren hang skævt og gulvtæppet på værelse var voldsomt slidt og beskidt. Boede på værelse 212 Did they forget that they are in the service business.
