Avoid Lenovo

Please stay away. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They lure you in witj false ads and its a different story once you make payment. Ad on laptop says order will be delivered in 5-7 days. Get an email 2days later saying order now due in 3-4weeks cos they ran out of stock and need to customise another one. I called to cancel and ask for refund because the timeline for delivery was too long. First person I spoke to apologised, saying because its their fault, a refund will approved and be back in my card within a few days. Spoke to someone else a different day who says give us 48-72hrs and all will be resolved. 72hrs later a different person had another excuse about the refund saying it still needs approval. They keep pushing me around with excuses refusing to refund a product is yet to leave their factory, delibrately delaying till they ship the Laptop. Dont waste your time or money. You are better off paying the extra cost at apple for a premium product. These people are terrible. Avoid Lenovo.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I placed an order on the 20th and contacted customer support through the website’s chat feature right after. I was connected to a representative named Janvi, who told me that my order was on hold and asked if I wanted to confirm it so it could proceed. I clearly told him to keep it on hold because I needed time to decide if I wanted a better machine. I even asked him to confirm that the order was on hold, just so I could shop with peace of mind. I was told yes — the order is on hold. So, based on that assurance, I went ahead and spent time and money on a different machine. Then, today — out of nowhere — I received a message from the courier that my Lenovo order has been shipped. No warning, no confirmation, no update. Just a shipment notification. I immediately contacted Lenovo support again and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. The only option is to request a cancellation, and if that fails, I’ll have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the product — a product I was assured wasn’t even moving! How is this acceptable? I trusted Lenovo's support, made financial decisions based on their response, and now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want to confirm, facing fees for returning something I asked to be put on hold. That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unfair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Lenovo. It’s a shame.

God pris, glimrande å bygga etter eigne spesifikasjonar

1) Har nyleg kjøpt mini-pc etter mine eigne spesifikasjonar ("build your own" på Lenovo si internettsida). Glimrande og veldig bra pris. 2) Trekker 1 stjerne for at eg tidlegare bestilte PC som eg kansellerte. Det gjekk lang tid før eg fekk tilbake pengane. 3) Har god erfaring med kjøp av Lenovo PC-ar lengre tilbake i tid.

Solid Laptop, Sabotaged by Bloatware

The Lenovo laptop itself? Totally fine. Solid hardware, decent build quality—no complaints there. But what absolutely tanked the experience was the amount of preinstalled bloatware clogging it up straight out of the box. McAfee in particular made the whole setup feel like I was navigating a scam: constant pop-ups, intrusive alerts, sneaky attempts to get me to pay for something I never wanted in the first place. It was like trying to use a new device inside a trap. Instead of setting up my tools and getting to work, I spent hours uninstalling junk and trying to reclaim control of my own machine. That’s not what I paid for. Lenovo, you’re supposed to be a premium brand. But when you sell users out to companies like McAfee, you cheapen the whole experience. If someone handed me this laptop and asked, “Would you recommend it?” — I’d say not unless you know how to clean out the garbage first. It’s 2025. Stop making your customers do damage control on day one. Lenovo, if you're reading this... check the reference number. It says everything.

Samme fejl 2 gange.

Købte en (ganske vidst brugt) computer i 2023 Jeg modtog den, og få dage efter gik bundkortet i stykker. Den blev sendt ind, og lavet. Nu 2 år efter går den i stykker, potentielt med samme fejl. Jeg havde nok forventet en computer kunne holde længere. Mærket har man også betalt for. Min gamle Lenovo var også til rep pga tastatur. Jeg har ellers været tilfreds når de har virket. Men med den historik... Aldrig mere Lenovo.

FELICEMENTE SORPRESO

Buongiorno a tutti, Ci tenevo a lasciare un mio feedback in merito ai tempi di spedizione e al modo in cui l'assistenza si rivolge al cliente dopo l'acquisto di un articolo dal sito ufficiale. Ho letto oltre il 90% delle persone che hanno ricevuto tempi di attesa lunghi di almeno 2 settimane con continue falle nel sistema e assistenza che tergiversava ed ero andato nel panico. Credevo sarebbe accaduto anche a me, invece con enorme stupore è arrivato perfettamente in orario. Consegnato dopo qualche giorno dall'acquisto, andato tutto ok ed arrivato dall'estero. Non so se sono stato fortunato, ma può anche essere che Lenovo dopo le molteplici lamentele avrà iniziato a spedire con serietà🤷🏻‍♂️ Ad oggi, dalla mia prima esperienza, in data 15/5/2025 sembra funzionare bene la spedizione!

Miserabler Kundenservice

Erst mal ging aus der Produktbeschreibung nicht hervor, dass es eine Lieferung aus China war. Dann hatte ich Probleme mit der als Option mitgekauften Software. Ich wurde vom lokalen Support an den allgemeinen verwiesen, von dort an eine Telefonnummer in Deutschland, von dort an eine europäische Abteilung. Schliesslich wurde ich direkt an Microsoft verwiesen. Microsoft hätte die beanstandete Software vollständig ersetzt, da sie aber bei Lenovo gekauft war, musste ich mich erneut an den Kundenservice wenden. Von dort erhielt ich zunächst Antworten auf (vermutlich) niederländisch. Dann erhielt ich eine Aufforderung, "das Produkt zurückzusenden" (Software!!), wofür ich aber eine Erlaubnis (DOA) der technischen Abteilung benötigen würde. Alles zusammen läuft dies nun schon seit 4 Monaten, bisher ohne Ergebnis. In Zukunft werde ich sicher bei HP kaufen und hoffen, dass der Kundenservice dort besser ist.

Good laptop, but hardware failure ruined the experience

I was very happy with my Lenovo laptop—until recently. Without any accident or mishandling, a corner of the screen frame suddenly detached while opening the device, causing damage to the edge of the screen glass. In my opinion, this is a hardware failure, as the laptop was never dropped or misused. Unfortunately, the 2-year warranty expired just six months ago, and Lenovo only offered a paid repair. I expected better durability and post-warranty support from a brand I trusted. It's a disappointing experience—made worse by the fear that, even after leaving feedback, nothing will change.

Anbefaler IKKE Lenovo bærbar

Jeg købte en Lenovo Yoga Slim 7. Efter godt et år falder en skrue ud (den er knækket) øvrige skruer er løse og bunden står 0,5 cm åbent. Efter reklamation og godt 2 måneders behandlingstid, får jeg tilbud om en ny enhed da de ikke kan skaffe originale reservedele længere. Jeg får min nye enhed i maj 2024. Jeg spørger dengang, og har på skrift at ved nye vare tillægges der ny garanti på 2 år. Men i dag, hvor jeg reklamere over at batteriet er dødt og ikke vil lade, er det åbentbart ikke rettet og så er garantien ikke længere gældende. Jeg kan forsøge selv at oprette en batteri-rapport. Køber ikke Lenovo igen. Det er spild af tid og ressourcer og dårlig kundeservice.
