Please stay away. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They lure you in witj false ads and its a different story once you make payment. Ad on laptop says order will be delivered in 5-7 days. Get an email 2days later saying order now due in 3-4weeks cos they ran out of stock and need to customise another one. I called to cancel and ask for refund because the timeline for delivery was too long. First person I spoke to apologised, saying because its their fault, a refund will approved and be back in my card within a few days. Spoke to someone else a different day who says give us 48-72hrs and all will be resolved. 72hrs later a different person had another excuse about the refund saying it still needs approval. They keep pushing me around with excuses refusing to refund a product is yet to leave their factory, delibrately delaying till they ship the Laptop. Dont waste your time or money. You are better off paying the extra cost at apple for a premium product. These people are terrible. Avoid Lenovo.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I placed an order on the 20th and contacted customer support through the website’s chat feature right after. I was connected to a representative named Janvi, who told me that my order was on hold and asked if I wanted to confirm it so it could proceed. I clearly told him to keep it on hold because I needed time to decide if I wanted a better machine. I even asked him to confirm that the order was on hold, just so I could shop with peace of mind. I was told yes — the order is on hold. So, based on that assurance, I went ahead and spent time and money on a different machine. Then, today — out of nowhere — I received a message from the courier that my Lenovo order has been shipped. No warning, no confirmation, no update. Just a shipment notification. I immediately contacted Lenovo support again and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. The only option is to request a cancellation, and if that fails, I’ll have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the product — a product I was assured wasn’t even moving! How is this acceptable? I trusted Lenovo's support, made financial decisions based on their response, and now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want to confirm, facing fees for returning something I asked to be put on hold. That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unfair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Lenovo. It’s a shame.

They listed the IdeaPad Slim 3i 14" 8va Gen - Arctic Grey model 82X6005FLM at 36% discount Which is $1.649.901 pesos from Colombia (Iam ordering from Colombia) Then at checkout the price jumps to $2.599.900 Pesos.

Attention, arnaque volontaire de leur part sur les délais de livraison ! Produits indiqués comme "disponible rapidement" alors que ce n'est pas le cas ! J'ai commandé le 17/05/2025 un thinkpad x9, pour environ 2.000€. La livraison était indiquée sous 6 à 9 jours. Je devais le recevoir au plus tard le 26/05. Le 25/05, soit un jour avant la supposée reception, je reçois un email me disant "l'envoie est retardé". Bon, ça peut arriver. La date prévisionnelle d'envoie est désormais pour le 07/06, donc réception probablement vers le 10/06. Le problème, c'est que quand je vais sur le site de Lenovo, si je veux commander le même PC, ils me donnent une date de livraison également sous 6 à 10 jours. Soit disant, si je commande un autre PC identique, il arrivera avant ma première commande. Ce qui montre que c'est du mensonge, et que les délais indiqués sur lenovo sont volontairement faux. Mon problème c'est que je fais un passage en France de seulement une dizaine de jours, et je ne pourrais donc pas recevoir mon PC. Ils ne répondent plus au chat, je ne suis pas sûr de comment faire. Dommage, ça faisait plus de 10 ans que j'étais client chez eux (j'ai eu 5 PC lenovo).

i bought a gaming laptop at Sep 2023 at Feb 2024, when i play game, the laptop will clash and only can force to restart I contact lenovo for service multiple times (more than 1 year), but the problem still exist, and they refuse to do 1-to-1 replacement. Then what is the point of warrantly? The lenovo service don't know what is problem, can't fix it, and refuse to exchange a new laptop. DONT buy LENOVO or else you will regret

Io lavoro a stretto contatto con Lenovo e quello che sto per scrivere è dato solo dall'esperienza . Critico principalmente l'assistenza ( sia premier che non ) perchè i tecnici temporeggiano continuamente primo di intervenire e richiedono verifiche che l'utente medio non potrà mai svolgere in autonomia perchè poco competente . Anche se vengono fornite le giuste prove e motivazioni cercano sempre di risolvere il problema di testa loro senza fare ciò che gli viene chiesto . Ed è meglio non parlare della qualità media dei prodotti .

Son un desastre. Es una odisea intentar comunicarse. Me envían un mail con instrucciones que hasta a mi hijo que es ingeniero informático le costó entender. En ese lapso llaman UNA vez y como corté por equivocación la comunicación me dicen que dan por terminada la incidencia ???. Les escribo contándoles lo que me sucedió, me dan un número de teléfono y me dicen que hasta que no llame la dan por cerrada. Es un ordenador nuevo que se apaga y se reinicia solo, vaya uno a saber porqué y no me han dicho una vez que lleve el ordenador a algún sitio para que lo revisen. Ni se os ocurra comprar un ordenador de esta marca. Por más de 12 años he tenido un Asus y no se ha apagado NI UNA SOLA VEZ!!! He comprado este por sugerencia de mi hijo y estoy más que arrepentida.

I have to laugh at the pre-written message in this box. What went wrong this time! I don't know how useful it is to add my bad review of this company since they're so universally poorly rated, if only to add that everything that's been said about them is true, and then some. especially when it comes to customer service which is all but nonexistent, even though I'm paying extra for this nonexistent service. I had an issue with the input and output drivers that are used to activate voice command. The only way I was able to get the problem addressed was to go to an local technician who discovered that the problem was not hardware related, as Lenovo kept telling me, which would have required a hardware fix and a complete factory reset... running the risk of losing important data), but software related. After paying him $147 tax included, my problem has now been resolved. Yet I pay for premium care... I'm providing the case number below although I don't really think they give a hoot.

It’s been completely retarded experience, takes forever to reach, not listening, not danish line as I clicked 3/3 times. Not listening to what I say 4/4 times. Interrupting constantly, talking about mails that I will receive regarding compensation that never happens. Alot of issues and didn’t even get my pc yet because it’s delayed.

I tried to order a tablet off Lenovo website. For some reason it kept saying my address was invalid (it's not) so I ended up backing out of the order and went to John Lewis (very straightforward and easy experience) However today Lenovo has taken two payments out of my account. Not happy at all about this and will be taking action.
