Avoid Lenovo

Please stay away. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They lure you in witj false ads and its a different story once you make payment. Ad on laptop says order will be delivered in 5-7 days. Get an email 2days later saying order now due in 3-4weeks cos they ran out of stock and need to customise another one. I called to cancel and ask for refund because the timeline for delivery was too long. First person I spoke to apologised, saying because its their fault, a refund will approved and be back in my card within a few days. Spoke to someone else a different day who says give us 48-72hrs and all will be resolved. 72hrs later a different person had another excuse about the refund saying it still needs approval. They keep pushing me around with excuses refusing to refund a product is yet to leave their factory, delibrately delaying till they ship the Laptop. Dont waste your time or money. You are better off paying the extra cost at apple for a premium product. These people are terrible. Avoid Lenovo.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I placed an order on the 20th and contacted customer support through the website’s chat feature right after. I was connected to a representative named Janvi, who told me that my order was on hold and asked if I wanted to confirm it so it could proceed. I clearly told him to keep it on hold because I needed time to decide if I wanted a better machine. I even asked him to confirm that the order was on hold, just so I could shop with peace of mind. I was told yes — the order is on hold. So, based on that assurance, I went ahead and spent time and money on a different machine. Then, today — out of nowhere — I received a message from the courier that my Lenovo order has been shipped. No warning, no confirmation, no update. Just a shipment notification. I immediately contacted Lenovo support again and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. The only option is to request a cancellation, and if that fails, I’ll have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the product — a product I was assured wasn’t even moving! How is this acceptable? I trusted Lenovo's support, made financial decisions based on their response, and now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want to confirm, facing fees for returning something I asked to be put on hold. That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unfair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Lenovo. It’s a shame.

Un portatil de un año y con muy poco uso se estropea pide codigo de recuperacion y no deja reparar.Una completa frustracion.Nunca mas comprare esa marca.Se ha enviado a reparar a la casa y me han dicho que perdere toda la informacion que tenia.

Absolut 0 stjerner til Lenovo købte i dag to levono iPad + men oplader virkede ikke så prøvede to andre oplader men intet virkede, så ringede til en medarbejder som snakkede i et væk ville ikke høre hvad jeg sagde prøvede at forklare men pludselig sagde hun jeg kan ikke høre dig og lagde røret på, ringede så om igen fik en anden medarbejder i røret, som midt i samtalen lagde røret på så ingen hjælp at hente der vil nu gå i Elgiganten og returnere de 2 iPad sikken et dårligt firma føj siger jeg bare 😡

Pc acquistato da mediaworld. In garanzia, rimandato indietro; non riuscivano a trovare il numero seriale. L'ho fatto riparare a mie spese, poi, da solo, con un click ho trovato subito il numero seriale. Non acquisterò più prodotti Lenovo.

De la camelotte pas si bon marché... j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un lenovo legion 7.... carte rtx 3070, processeur ryzen, ecran 144hz... à 2000 euros. On se dit, bon a ce prix cela devrait tourner au minimum décemment même pour du gaming ou de la 3D... mais depuis le 1er jour des choses bizarre se passent.. système instable, drop regulier de la connexion internet alors que mon colocataire lui n'a rien... mais soit! C'est peut être juste un probleme de certains drivers... je fais des mises a jour régulières mais rien ne change vraiment. Bon bah au moins il tourne la plupart du temps (ce que je trouve deja tres souple de ma part) et puis 2 ans et quelques mois plus tard, comme par magie tout commence a partir en vrille... l'ordinateur ne s'eteind plus, s’allume quand il le souhaite crash au bout de quelques heures d’utilisation et attention à ne pas le laisser inactif sinon il crash... résultat carte mère hors service raison impossible à déterminer ... autant dire achetez un nouveau portable monsieur. Et bien oui, va falloir y penser mais plus JAMAIS un lenovo, un sous produit comme j’en avais rarement vu... dépenser plutôt dans des marques certes un peu plus cher mais qui au moins auront la bien séance de fonctionner si vous en prenez soins.

Compré un monitor C24-25

Compré un monitor C24-25, me acaba de caducar la garantía (caducó en enero y estamos a mayo). De repente se me ha apagado la pantalla y ya no enciende, no es problema del cable, es lateralmente la pantalla que ha decidido dejar de funcionar. Al ya no estar en garantía ni si quiera puedes ponerte en contacto con Lenovo y se desentienden.. Yo la pantalla la he cuidado como a mi coche.. estaba nueva nueva nueva. Creo que no hay claro ejemplo más descªrado de Obsolescencia Programable que este. La peor experiencia en una compra de mi vida, no vuelvo a confiar en un producto de Lenovo.
