I have to laugh at the pre-written message in this box. What went wrong this time! I don't know how useful it is to add my bad review of this company since they're so universally poorly rated, if only to add that everything that's been said about them is true, and then some. especially when it comes to customer service which is all but nonexistent, even though I'm paying extra for this nonexistent service. I had an issue with the input and output drivers that are used to activate voice command. The only way I was able to get the problem addressed was to go to an local technician who discovered that the problem was not hardware related, as Lenovo kept telling me, which would have required a hardware fix and a complete factory reset... running the risk of losing important data), but software related. After paying him $147 tax included, my problem has now been resolved. Yet I pay for premium care... I'm providing the case number below although I don't really think they give a hoot.
