Garbage. Unhelpful customer service on phone who don't give names or answer questions fully (if you're going to write fake reviews at least make them sound different, not "DAVE from customer service was great, he dealt with my INSERT ROUTINE ENQUIRY"). Don't answer customer emails, refuse to give full billing history, payments made not acknowledged on bills. Had enough and contacting the ombudsman. absolute garbage.
I called about a new registration and the call was just under 6 minutes where the customer service agent resolved everything and got a new account set up for me, really great service and very efficient, thank you!
