I recently had a billing issue which involved two providers to my property including LEEP. Both Caitlyn and Mark have been dealing with my case, and the communication has been excellent throughout. The billing situation was quite unusual with two providers responsible for certain elements of the process , however we finally got to a resolution , and the root cause. Thank you Caitlyn and Mark.
As a landlord, it is always complicated when tenants come and go without informing utility companies or paying their bills. Sarah from Leep, was personable and resolved all of the account switches with confidence and efficiency.

It was a series of contorted matters, they picked up the phone straight away, I have spoken to Ms Sarah Gharbi, she has sorted out the issues from start to the end step by step acting professionally, friendly and patiently. I do really appreciate her service!
With this company, because they are unregulated they can charge what they want. United utilities charge a friend who lives just outside Leeps area £480 a year for both hot and cold water together. I pay £300 a quarter, £150 on each. This is madness. Yes there are 4 of us but even in a 3 bed house united utilities charged me less. Also I get a standing charge for heating which I disagree with as we don't even have the heating on at all. I know I'm behind on my hot water bill but I all honesty this company are charging way too much money of us. I'm even offering to catch up from October onwards and Hugo or whatever his name is has not responded. So back to the no reply but we expect you to pay the extortionate amount for hot water only.
