Have been worried about my water bills since I moved in into the new apartments and had to change water supplier. The girl I was speaking to on the phone has been very helpful and helped me with setting up my account straight away so I can easily pay the standing order on time. Very happy my worries has finally been resolved.

Kind, friendly service even though they've been sending me a bill with an old reference number for 6 months when they already cancelled it back then. So I've been getting two bills and a debt collection situation for the cancelled one. Took them 6 months to cancel it 'properly'. I wonder if I'll get another one soon? Not good, but hey, that's the UK for you, no services care about the customer, only their income.
