Rujata was really helpful on a chat this evening. He understood my problem and was able to fix it.
I was helped by Sagar H. on a roaming add on for my holiday. Customer service is excellent, could not ask for it to be better. It's a good network too, the prices are so cheap!
I am a very happy customer of Lebara! However after several attempt to “identify” not being able to Login to Top Up. I click all of the “Boxes to Identify” but end up being asked to do it again and again 😞

Spoke to Santhosh today to discuss some sim only plans and Santosh was absolutely fantastic. He was excellent with the suggestions offered. His listening skills were amazing and the suggestions were absolutely spot-on. Please commend him for a fantastic job and I’m very happy customer because of him and I will recommend Lebara on the back of such excellent customer service. My other request would be for Lebara to provide new offers to existing customers as well to continue to reward them for their loyalty and not just offer it to new customers. Thanks to Santhosh once again for an amazing job.
Aniket was amazing at sorting out my problem
I applied for a Lebara pre-paid SIM on 03July2025. Received a confirmation of same by E-mail. Order id is G0029572788. On 4th July received another mail saying it's been despatched and shall be delivered by Royal Mail in 2 days. But to my dismay it has taken 13 day to reach me and has been delivered on 17th July. I sent a reminder on 14th. July. Probably after seeing the reminder they must have realized it's not been delivered. God knows where the fault was but I was put to inconvenience.
I have a SIM card which I cancelled months ago but it keeps charging me. Agent SHUBHAM SURYAWANSHI takes a lot of time to help me find the right SIM card, cancelled it and refund it. Thanks to the patient service of the agent.

The Gentleman was understanding , astute, understood everything I said , even read between lines when I wasn't sure. Then he helped me with some free credit as I stupidly bought a new SIM rather than a bundle on my existing SIM . Great customer service and a credit to your business
